Visited this place couple of times. I've tried 3 or 4 types of dosa and they have decent taste. The chutney and sambhar they serve is also nice.
Inspite of having such diverse menu, the place is less crowded in weekdays and during lunch hours. It has limited popularity among Raipurians. They can make South Indian dishes as their benchmark for other restaurants.
Best place for south Indian lover with exotic flavours.. fab interior nd lots of variety in south Indian dishes make them unique.. mysore dosa is best.

The food is okay, but the service was not very good this time. Came here second time, the service was good the first time it was fast but this time it was a little disappointing. Even good food quality make the experience bad if the service is slow. The food is good, the taste of cheese masala dosa, fried idli and Idli 65 were delicious.

I tried thier Mysore masala Dosa which was crispy and spicy due to spread of red garlic chilly chutney (Speciality of Mysore masala Dosa) and filled with potatoe curry, it tastes good.
l also go for Chutney Special King Queen dosa comes in two pieces having two different tastes varient one with red chutney other with green one with potatoe filling and coconut toping. It taste awesome with Sambhar and coconut chutney, you also get schezwan chutney, green chutney, allam chutney as you are in Chutney restaurant.
Overall good place for South Indian cuisine, next time I'm gonna try North Indian dishes also.

Pros:-
1. Very clean and tidy property as it has just started business. Ambiance is very nice with modern interior and has an elevator as well to reach 1st and 2nd floor.
2. Staff is well behaved. Was greated on arriving, was served with a smile, helped in ordering, took feedback on food and recognized on visiting next time.
3. Most important of all very reasonably priced. One would not worry about the bill amount if you come here.
4. Taste is very nice, some what like the authentic south Indian food.
5. Lot of seats so you won't have to wait at all for getting a table here.
6. Service is very fast apart from utapam which takes time everywhere.

Love the dosas and chutneys at Chutney. Good to visit with with family and friends or to just grab a quick delicious bite. Great option in pandri after being tired post-shopping. Mysore Masala Dosa and Rava Nariyal Dosa are highly recommended. Rice preparations such as pulihora can be skipped, though.
