Lovely ambience, peaceful atmosphere generous staff and chef. Constant follow ups regarding food and services. Refreshment are lavish and presented well. Specifically recommended for hygienic services.
Had come to Hyatt for an official trip and is safe to say that the hotel left me highly impressed! Not only were the rooms unique and spacious, the service was great!
Now to Oriza which I visited for the breakfast -
Ambience - Huge, sufficient seatings and cozy.
Food - Spread was good with multiple live counters such as waffles, pancakes, missal pao, eggs, puri bhaji and many others. Other dishes were bakery items (banana tea cake was yum!), sausages, sautéed veggies, potatoes, South Indian dishes, amongst others.
Beverages - Coffee and tea of course! They even served cucumber juice, strawberry smoothie. The watermelon juice was fresh and not at all diluted which pepped me up!
Service - Very warm and polite. Courteous!
Verdict - Totally recommend!! Hyatt stands up to its brand name!
It's a pity people hve given this restaurant such less rating. It's the only restaurant with great continental chinease and Italian food.not like Ira or sayaji with random food with too much spice. Just go and eat here have the dishes and people.who hve given less rating screw the buffet call the chef and ask him to make something. It's the best restaurant when it Comes to taste

After reviewing 250+ restaurants, must mention that Cafe Oriza is one of those few places that will surely enrich your dining experience.
Its not just because of the property ( there are many. 4- 5stars options to choose from) but because of the impeccable hospitality of the staff.
The team here is young, dynamic & enthusiastic about ensuring guest satisfaction.
Ishita was a nice host and has a good gift of the gab.
Master Chefs Mr Debabrata , Mr Sen and team prepared lip smacking dishes.
Must have dishes here:
Grilled Fish Caponata , Harissa Glaze Chicken, Chattisgarhi Chi, Meen Karive Ballai ( **A WOW PREPARATION- Basa fish marinated in curry leaves and corriander paste with perfect spices) ;Dragon style Chilli Paneer, Prawn Aglio Olio Peperchino ( * A signature dish that melts in your mouth).
Presentation was fantastic.
Mr Sanjeev has good knowledge of the bar. Mr Soumen and Mr Tikeshwar deserves a pat on the back for the amazingly refreshing LIIT's .
The service is very prompt and amiable.
This is surely one of the very few places where i have not given a sinle suggestion, as its difficult for them to improve perfection !

A complete 5 Star experience in fine dining is what defines this place. The hospitality at this place is class apart. It starts the moment you step out of your car and enter, a smile is the perfect gesture that lights your day and this is what I experienced from the staff. I had a perfect Sunday brunch with some lip-smacking and new delicacies. It has a lot of options in their buffet in every cuisine with even some hot preparations like pasta, waffle, Dosa. Starting from the welcome drink to the salads which were very refreshing to the street style food that they serve came as a surprise as they were very perfect in taste, I specially loved the roasted potato salad which was very new to me with a creamy and new flavour. Then the main course was also scrumptious and specially the desserts were the main attraction. The desserts were all matching the international standards and were very delicious. The sitting area is a comfy place to have quite lunch and dinner dates. A refreshing change this place brings to your fine dining experience.
Absolutely in love with place, the cocktails were amazing. Tried Melon Sour, Mint Melon Iced Tea, Johnnie Ginger and Firangee Coffee… all of them were amazing. Mr. Guddu Singh had made them, and his service was exceptionally good. He was hospitable, humble and what a magician with drinks. Chicken Pizza and Dumpling were great too, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, one can visit this place for sure.
Went a bit early for lunch (a la carte only) and the place was deserted. Took some time, but the service was good after that. Food was exceptional, with touches ensuring everything felt above the average stuff.

Quality of service and quality of food and choices is great. Buffet breakfast was at par with any hotel as far as the freshness and taste of the food items is concerned.
Staff is very well trained -- very much around the guests to cater to any needs but at the same time totally non interfering . Bar is well equipped , open and spacious and is a good experience.
Will look forward to another visit to explore more of their culinary offerings
Perfect place to have some sushi, pizza and tacos in town. They have fine selection of food and drinks listed on their menu, buffet meals are available too. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, chef prepared our food exactly as requested.
Tacos, risotto and cloud coffee on my list next. Looking forward to visit again.

We loved this Cafe....Food was awesome n special thanks to Chef Sen, Chef Hasib n Chef Saurav for preparing some of the exclusive delicacies just for us on our request....the hospitality provided by their staffs like Monisha, Monalisha n others made us feel the homely warmth....we are overwhelmed.....next time whenever we visit Raipur....Hyatt will invariably be our destination....
The place was filled with all nice aroma firstly to welcome the guests and a positive environment. Food was quite appealing by its presentation only and can say definitely we had a soulful meal. Now, the most amazing part came for its services which were commendable and truly conducive. One should surely pay a visit here! Worth visiting!!
Location is good with a good view of the city. Alas a pool was missing amid the terrace lounge and banquet hall. Food was good but lacked finesse of its contemporaries. Staff was present but lacked vigour in providing service. Still a decent place to have casual events.
