The concept of making icecream straight out of heavy cream using nitrogen is trending throughout the big cities of the country. But I was really surprised and equally amazed to find such an outlet tucked away in a corner of Rajkot.
Basically, the person mixes all the sauces and ingredients along with the cream in a processor where liquid nitrogen is added. The result? Super delicious ice cream!
Tried almost all of the flavors involving chocolate, and I must say ALL OF THEM ARE AMAZING. Personally, I'd recommend the Chocolate Cookie Creme and the Nutella Hazelnut. Don't forget to specifically take the chocolate waffle cone, it's just 10 bucks extra.
Cost for two : 250.

My 1st experience of nitrogen icecreme was amazing.. I'm atomic 7 sitting arrangements nd staff is cool.. just price is more of icecreme otherwise it's totally 10 out of 10
