Loved this museum! There was tons of historical knowledge and information. Plenty to show for the history of India and the influences of the British empire. The staff were not the most helpful however the exhibits more than make up for that.
Nice place to visit in Rajkot city centre . It is nearby to Gandhi Museum as well Trikon Baug. A library is just it's opposite side by a trust. There's park to walk n sit on in and around the Museum.
This museum has a great collection of different artifacts. A lot of the collection is 12th century. It is very clean and well kept. Though the upkeep is missing. There are stairs to climb but no disabled or wheelchair access. Overall it's worth a visit.

Must visit place in rajkot having ancient potrates, statues, daily use things, carvings on the wood. Its take hardly 1 and half hour. If u r in rajkot ur visit worth and it takes only 5 rs to visit. U also partially know the historical background saurashtra by seeing potrates and other things.
