Good accommodation and food. high level of teaching. Phylisofy class we even requested in exam preparation day.
also you can book taxi with them if you arrive alone to Delhi. my flight came late and driver was waiting for me.

Completed 200 hours TTC course today. Everything was perfect here if you ignore the nominal glitches that happens with anyone who’s running a big Institute. The best teachers to deliver the course, great location for everyday chores, food was average, rooms were clean. One of the oldest and best institute in Rishikesh for sure. Highly recommend.
I joined one of the best and oldest yoga school in Rishikesh AYM Yoga School. And my experience was totally blissful. I am very happy to be a yoga teacher. And teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced, staff , and kitchen staff are very humble. Totally satisfied experience.
I did my 200 & 300 hours teacher’s training from AYM. The entire experience was enriching, fulfilling and enlightening. After the course, I feel like my practice and teaching have gotten exponentially better.

The practices and the teaching by the extraordinary set of teachers here makes a big difference in your learning. They encourage and motivate you to become a better human being throughout your journey (yes! even after you physically leave AYM), in the process you meet some amazing souls who remain in your heart forever. The front desk uncle to IT team to kitchen staff to housekeeping staff, everyone is very sweet and kind. Special mention to Neeraj, who has always been there for support and comfort. An amazing team!!!
Even the cows and doggies outside on the road are sweet and friendly. The excursions to temples and dip in the holy Ganga river are breath taking memories. I am taking every single bit of memory from here and will be back for continuing my 300 hours. Thank you, AYM team, you guys made my stay a pleasant one.
My experience at AYM Yoga School was amazing! I did my 300hr YTT at this school and it far exceeded my expectations. The teachers at this school are phenomenal, and truly know their craft as well as live what they teach. The staff was so friendly and kind, and the massages by Mukesh are 100% amazing! The facilities themselves were good and the rooms are comfortable. It is not luxury, but I would take the knowledge gained during this experience over luxury any day! I feel so equipped to actually start teaching and sharing the essence of yoga. If you are considering coming to AYM Yoga School for a teacher training, I say “DO IT!”

AYM this is a very good Yoga center, where one can learn, experience good yogic environment. The teachers are very good, educating, and helping in the development of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama practices. This is located at holy place Rishikesh, which makes this center more desirable.

I recently completed my 300 Hour Teacher Training alongside 35 Hours of Ayurveda training. I have already posted my review for Ayurveda so will not post here. My training experience with AYM was remarkable and I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to learn from such inspiring , passionate and knowledgeable teachers.
I would like to highlight areas for improving the 300 hour experience which I believe will add tremendous value to the whole experience. First of all, cleanliness of the rooms in general. This for me is a critical factor since you are away from home for a significant amount of time and need to feel really comfortable. Secondly cleanliness of the eating and gathering area where meals are eaten. Lastly, for the 300 hour program the teaching method curriculum needs to be separated from the 200 hour program. This will definitely add significance to the program and elevate the level and understanding of teaching as a 300 hour student. Apart from these issues, I had a memorable learning experience. Thank you to all the teachers at AYM for this great program and I wish you all the best with future programs.
