Mood swings is one of the good fooding outlet in Shillong. I went around 8:30pm for having dinner. As vegetarian had veg roll and masala tea. Food was tasty, and tea was very good. I was alone, so getting a table was not an issue, if you go as a group then space would be less. Price is reasonable comparing to Shillong local price rates

Had Pav bhaji with lemon tea. Both were good, liked the food. Lemon tea was good as it was used with fresh lemons and not powdered lemon tea. Small space . Service was okay .

Started eating from Moodswing during the Covid-19 pandemic, as it was close to our office. The food served is always fresh and tasty. At present, I keep visiting this place for coffee and peri peri fries, which are to die for! To top it off, the place is super hygienic and not crowded!
If you are in Shillong, then this is a must visit place for some quick munchies and Milk Shakes. Must try their Sandwiches and Hakka Noodle. It is mind boggling. I recommend this to every tourist and local people as well.
