I have been to many Restaurant at Siliguri but Dhaba by Amber has become my favorite and will be my First Choice always. It is one of the renowned concept restaurant of Siliguri at Hill Cart Road. The decor of the interior and the ambiance is at top notch. Dance performance by the staff after regular interval of time is kind of energy booster.
When it comes to food, they serve North Indian, Chinese and Pakistani cuisine. One must try:
1. Virgin Paan Mojito (very refreshing with a hint of paan flavor).
2. Chicken Alishaan (I must say it is actually very alishaan).
3. Fish Irani (the fish was very soft and was melting in mouth).
4. Green Star Chicken ( it has Chinese flavor made with fresh ingredients and bit of spiciness, just mind blowing)
5. Paneer butter masala with white gravy (The paneer was very soft and the gravy was so tasty).
I must say nothing can be better than this.
Not only Siligurian but I will advise outside people who visit Siliguri/ Darjeeling/ Gangtok, Sikkim, Bhutan, to visit this restaurant at least once to experience something different.
My only feedback to the Restaurant, Just keep maintaining everything the way it is. Keep up the good work and keep rocking.
I loved the food and decorations( just loved the concept of dhaba specially the table which was decorations as auto rickshaw).We ordered chicken alishan(which was truly alishan) ,butter naan, chicken Butter masala and the singh shahab's chicken. I must say each and every dish was fantastic. Loved the dance performance by the waiters and Their Customer service was excellent.No doubt this is one of the best restaurants in Siliguri. Will visit again soon.
The concept of interior design of dhaba is very innovative and interesting. Loved going there with family. Good environment ,great food.
The food was still hot when received and the portions were great and tasty. Overall had a great dinner. Singh Saab chicken was very very amazing.

It has the best Dal Makni in the city. The best place to dine with ur family and friends. Easily accessible with delivery facilities. The staff are all well sanitized and do maintain social distancing. Would give 5 star.
In the midst of the city, this dhaba style restaurant offers a huge variety of dishes. If you are a Bollywood buff you will enjoy this place. As a 90's kid I enjoy their choice of music. Food is also awesome. Chicken alishan and Amritsari kulcha are their signature dishes and must try items there. Only con which I felt was their washroom. It was not cleaned.
Visited this dhaba a month back. My experience was nice. It’s a dhaba style restaurant with alcohol facility. We went for a family lunch as we were staying in saluja hotel which is just beside the dhaba. The service was neither fast nor too slow. The ambience was totally based on bollywood. Now coming to the food we had kadai paneer, dal makhani, naan, masala kulcha and chicken biriyani. Biriyani is something I would not recommend to try from here. Paneer was too delicious so was the breads. Overall good experience.
If you are a hardcore food lover and are passionately interested in Bollywood movies then this is the perfect place for you. This restaurant has a dhaba-like atmosphere. Decoration Impressive. The exposed brick walls and the Bollywood murals on the walls add a touch of uniqueness. Everything has been meticulously planned to make this restaurant feel like an authentic dhaba - from the table decoration to the choice of crockery, everything is well planned. The food is really yummy. Classic North Indian cuisine served here with both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Staffs are very good. If you want they will assist you to choose the best dish. Must try their signature dishes.

The ambience too is photogenic. Only con I felt would be their portions of food, it was notably less.
One of the best restaurants in Siliguri. Nice ambiance. Staffs are very much cooperative and their hospitality amazed us. Food was good both quality and quantity wise. Overall experience was very good. One should enjoy lunch or dinner with their family members.
