We tried Pork Chops, Beef Skewers, Prawns Skewers, Chicken Thighs, Chicken Salad, Chicken Wings, and Fries so far; loved every bit of it. The Pork Chops in particular are my personal favourite here.
I’m planning to try their ramen bowls next time.
I keep updating this review every time I visit. This is my 3rd visit as it has become our ritual now on our every Goa trip.
They have the best food in Goa undoubtedly. Their meat loaf, burgers and shawarma is outstanding.! A must try place in Goa.
Its a pure non-veg place. Oh the food is amazing here. Tried grilled chicken and loved it. It comes with a side of fries or salad, pita bread and 2 large pieces of grilled chicken. The service is fast and the staff is very polite and friendly. Its a small place, located on the side of the road but you will really like it there. There's a variety of options for non-veg lovers.
If you are in or around Siolim this is one place you should not miss to dine in…

Went on a close friend’s recommendation and we weren’t disappointed.. the place is small but really friendly and cozy. Service is a bit lazy and there’s a wait - food orders take time (always happy to wait for good food, because then it’s freshly prepared goes the old adage). But they can pull their socks up on this aspect. If you’re sitting on one of the tables away from line of sight of the bar, you have to struggle a bit to get the waiters attention. That said, the food is excellent - the menu is limited (95% pure non veg!) but everything we ordered was really good. This is the place to satisfy your meat cravings.... Take a bow, Bryan! Portions are decent and a meal for two with a couple of drinks should set you back around ₹750-800 per head. Close to home for us so it’s a big plus. Definitely going back for more!
The best pork chops and the beef skewers are fantastic! Super chill place, lots of smiling happy faces, including the doggies! A must visit on a cheat day!
Authentic Shawarma that makes my hubby happy.
Quite a small joint but great food. We had the smoked pork ribs that was fantastic. The chicken wings were amazing with a nice caramelization of the sauce and crispy skin. The sauce reminded me of Nando’s sauce that’s quite famous in the UK. The prawns skewer had a sweet taste… like malai gravy. Portion sizes were generous.
The service was great too. Ambience wise it was just fine.

If you’re in the north of Goa, this is one place you have to, I repeat HAVE TO make a pit stop. The food is beyond excellent right from the fish and sea food to the smoked spare ribs, fiery buffalo wings and homemade Cuban bread sandwiches to the homemade smoked beef jerky and pork chorizo. This will surely leave your taste buds drooling for more as they did mine.

Very expensive Urak. They served the Urak for 250 Rs which is way more than the normal rates.

Take my word for it, take a detour from your usual go-to “popular/commercial”restaurants in Goa and try out Bryan John’s Bar and Grill. The atmosphere is incredible, the food is to die for and the service is flawless. I Wish this place a lot of success in the years to come.
