Had blueberry cheesecake and chocolate eclaire. The cheesecake was cheesy and tart but the flavors can be improved. The eclaire; perfect level of sweetness but could be a bit more chocolatey... expected it to be slightly more bitter.
Going by the reviews this place has, I had a very high expectation from this place so maybe my review is a bit unfair... but I've had a better blueberry cheesecake and chocolate eclaire outside Kashmir and I feel this bakery can definitely up their game.
Giving 4 stars because I see potential, knocking one off because they haven't reached it.

This place is bang opp ghat no 9 on Dal lake. The ambience is pretty nice and they have good variety from muffins , cookies , pastries , tarts , brownies and so on.
We ordered a chocolate mousse pastry which was available in veg and non veg. It tasted better then in looked the sponge was soft and mousse cream was wow . Must try.

Well, got this amazing fresh fruit cake from LeDelice Cafe And Bakery . The texture was good, smooth, fruits were fresh. To be honest I ate whole cake at a time only because it tasted amazing. It was well decorated. But somehow I felt the little bit smell of egg inside the cake. But thats fine. Over all it was a good experience 👍
Le Delice headed by Saqib Mir provides a quality bakery especially pastries.They have taken the quality to the next level.i will highly recommend this place for die hard pastry lovers and Also for various occasional cakes..

I have tried many red velvet cakes in Kashmir and I can say that the red velvet cake at French Bakery is undefeated. The cream was of perfect texture and the presentation was on point. Would highly recommend you guys to try it out at least once.

Excellent French patisserie handled with great finesse. I highly recommend a robust walk along the boulevard concluding with coffee or hot chocolate and a pastry to warm up.
Such a simple n beautiful cafe ,all bakery items are fresh n delicious to eat ,price is commensurate to the quality, ambience and hygiene. A must place to hang out while viewing the Dal Lake and enjoying a sip of coffee
