Masala dosa , idli sambhar & samosa were very tasty ....when I am tired of fancy dosas this place is best for simple south indian food .

The food was so good same as south India cooked way, but sambar was awesome like Karnataka style only.
The seating way is not comfortable, small place have to wait for have the seat, the prices are some expensive than other restaurants but it still worth for the taste. Must try idly/vada sambar n tomato omelette/ Mysore masala dosa.

The Ambience makes you feel like you are in Mysore. We ordered idly vada sambhar dip, mysore Masala dosa, onion uthapam and coffee. The food tastes as good as it looks and is a treat for your taste buds. Portion size is sufficient for one and pretty healthy for your pocket too. A Must visit place if travelling to Surat.

One of the best places in surat for simple dosas. Very neat and clean place and on the top, very economical too. No fuss about them and their quality has been consistent for years now. Too good.
This is a 60+ years old south Indian joint; it is a small place but it serves awesome South Indian foods; the service is quicker but the behaviour of staff seems little rude and indifferent to us; as they have large customer base so there is always waiting of 20-25 mins. Despite of heavy foot fall they don’t keep change and they expect us to tender the exact change to them for bill.
Situated in the heart of the city. This small south indian restaurant is 60 years old. Apart from South Indian dishes, chole Puri and puri bhaji are also available. Basic interior. Sometimes conjusted. But the core strength is taste. Valle parking available. Waiting is common. 07th August Yes, another good experience, this time with family

Best place for authentic South Indian food in surat
Giving very cold Mendu Vada in this winter season. Totally dissatisfied. The waiter showed no support. Then told Rajubhai Pathak. But he too was negative. So left the restaurant immediately without giving further orders as service was not at all satisfactory.
This place is best.i can't explain in words my feelings for this place. if you love south indian and you are in surat,you should go to the mysore cafe. here you order whatever you gonna love thay dish. i mostly try everything and i love all items. coffee at another level. best time for breakfast lunch and dinner go any time you gonna love that. there is always waiting but that is all worth it. table for sitting is too small but sacrifice for food is always good decision. must go and try everything. sambhar is soo good. you can't get that taste in surat anywhere.price is so average and food is all worth.
