Sugar n spice is generally a name everyone like in surat, i personally prefer to eat at SnS while in VR Surat food court but lately the quality of food has gone down to average during rush hours specially during weekends.
We tried thier pav bhaji, Mysore masala dosa, and Italian sizzler from there menu
It has veg and non veg separate kitchen
Food is bit expensive don't accept cash need to go little longer to some other counter give cash ND make a card and pay not a good option.

sns never dissapoints me, veg and non veg is seperate that is one good thing, a nice big outlet just next to mc donalds. you get all options either it be a meal or just a snack.
Although this dish takes a little more time to make but I make sure I eat the non veg tandoori platter whenever I can at this place.
It is absolutely brilliant and I do not feel like sharing it with anybody.
The veg thali is also pretty nice.
The place is cramped up since it is a food court.
I dont like sugar n spice much..They keep cooked food open and its not hygenic..Semi grilled chicken lays there from morning till night..Above all these things it is over priced..But the best thing is their PERI PERI Chicken..they serve it within couple of minutes..it is so damn delicious..It is nicely flavoured..it is the bestest thing to satisfy your hunger😍😍
This is sort of food serving counter located at top floor of VR Mall. Self service only. I've never been a fan of Sugar n Spice, tasted fixed thali which was good. There are other options available to all side of this food counter and no restrictions to select from is extraordinary. Person on counter was of helping nature. Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian is ordered, served and prepared in different kitchen.
The butter chicken served here is amongst the best I've had from all over India. And equally good is the Chhole Bhature in Desi ghee. The mini sizzlers are good too.
The menu is with extensive choice in Chinese, South Indian & Punjabi. Absolutely good interiors, food is good, price are reasonable. Amazing place to hangout.
The ambiance and seating is excellent & pleasant. Service is good. The main highlights of the place are non-veg food and fast food was good.
Coming to the food, Succulent pieces of chicken marinated in a perfectly spicy masala were the leading light of the show!
If there is one place in Surat we love eating in, it is Sugar N Spice. We have been there at least 4-5 times in thisf years and it is a same consistent great experience every time. The variety in menu and most dishes taste awesome. In the mains, we always go for the Fish and Sea Food dishes and they are uniformly great. In desserts, sizzling brownie was wonderful.
Good taste , and also there is fast service . staff was very humble in nature and as it is in VR Mall so sitting area is common between 9 10 diffrent food stores but that will not bother you . Ambience was very good . You can enjoy your time with your friends and family and yes it is budget friendly so you can also party there if your budget is limited

Very nice atmosphere, place is having good vibes of celebration, u can visit it for some celebrations or even normal dining, food is awesome.
Many dishes are new to menu and those shall be treated as must try on menu.
Presentation is fabulous, taste is delicious, ambience is different and lovely.

Located on the top floor of VR Mall (Food Court) Surat. The outlet offers variety of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options. For non vegetarians Panjabi Thali is worth a try. It comes with 4-5 varieties of chicken, Roti and Rice. Chicken Steak is also worth a try but it’s difficult for one person to finish it of. Prices are normal. Waiting time is minimum 15 minutes. Heavy rush to be expected on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Payment will be through food card issued by shopping mall. Recharge it to use anywhere in the food court of VR Mall

A very very awesome place ....Customer service is amazing , food is very superb they give the best pizza in whole Surat which is actually worth it i even tasted den's pizza but it is also nothing in front of Sugar n spice's pizza ....Really fabulous job..... Broccoli and other vegetables used in sizzler were very fresh and delightful.... Ice-cream was very amazing...Pastries looks very awesome 👍... Price is high but a very standard classy and amazing restaurant experience makes it worth it.....Only one issue that last time when i go when i gone there the waitress was smiling and seems that about to burst in laughter and seeing at me , when i was eating..Whoever the customer is you should respect and it's your job talk properly in a good manner and just smile you aren't allowed to insult any customer... That's the reason why i gave 4 stars why not 5, please improve it

Nice ambiance.Suger N Spice had become brand in surat. Some of the Suger N Spice outlet serve Punjabi food like chole bhature, which is really very tasty. Suger N Spice also serve pizza with desi taste with all size and effordable price. One can visit this food store with family because whole family will get something as per their taste. Some of the Suger N Spice outlet serve non-vegetarian food with different name of outlet. Overall good.
The service was satisfactory n the food veg as well as non veg were up to the mark. We had sizzing brownie for desert and it was served very nicely and was vedy tasty. I would suggest this restaurant to all.
