Review: I have never known the true taste of pizza until I tried the Napoli style in Rome. It was then I realized that my taste buds were being scammed by the biggest con artists (dom and hut). Longing to go back to Italy to savor those succulent sundried tomatoes & fresh mozzarella on the stretchy dough and crumbly crisp crust. But alas that craving has come to an end, stumbled at this gem of a place through swiggy dine-out. Got all the elements of an authentic Italian pizza; the dough is freshly made- hand stretched, topped with fresh ingredients imported from Italy tossed in a wood-fired oven. Traditional Neapolitan pizza has charring on both the edges and bottom. Charring is a result of the high heat from baking the dough directly in the oven and the heat coming down from the oven ceiling. The crust becomes crispy and charred on the bottom. It also develops charred spots. This spotting is called Leopard, the big, brown bubbles that develop on the crust as it is cooked. The bubbles form a spotting pattern similar to that of a leopard’s coat. Hence, why it is called “leopard”.The charred spots add to the flavor of the pizza. As the charring darkens, the crust becomes bitter. The sugars are released from the dough and they start to caramelize. The sweetness of the tomato sauce and the creaminess of the cheese combined with the bitterness of the crust create a balanced and flavorful pizza. A franchise store, with good food options for pizza, pastas and etc. They have a very unique concept of pizzas. As, they are famous for their woodfired pizzas. MUST TRY!! We also tried other options like pastas, garlic bread. The food was delicious and fresh. The 1441 Pizzeria in Aagam Viviana, Surat offers delicious pizzas that are worth trying. Specifically, the veggie delight and garden fresh pizzas were awesome. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant offers more deals and offers online than they do for dine-in customers. So, if you're looking to save money, it might be better to order online instead of dining in. The garlic bread was really amazing,and then we ordered peri-peri chicken pizza (9/10), tandoori paneer pizza (8/10),and a chef special Wild card pizza (5/10)(actually Bocconcini Cheese tasted like bitterish and I already tasted this kinda pizza out there many times,I couldn't able to find something special in this pizza) The overall experience was really amazing, staff is really polite and humble.

I really loved the food. The Head chef Mr. Dinesh is just amazing. He explained multiple things and offered multiple options. The Make Your Own Pizza was the best thing to do here. The staff is super cooperative.
