I went here today for a quick beverage. I got a Signature Hot Chocolate takeaway. Like always, I absolutely loved it. The amount of sweetness and foam is amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The service was very quick. We ordered our beverages around 10 am and got them in 5-8 minutes. The seating is lovely. The place is squeaky clean. There room temperature, atmosphere and aroma is refreshing!

There are 2 Starbucks outlets in Viviana (Ground & Third Floor - newly opened around Nov22 ). This outlet is on the ground floor and has a great ambience.
They serve Hot and Cold Coffee, Various types of Muffins , Sandwiches....
We visited in the morning , seats were vacant , we got our order in time.. Blueberry Cake was awesome , very spongy and fresh. Ordered Capachino & Hazelnut Hot Coffee which was good too.
I recommend visiting Starbucks..

This place needs no description. A cup of hot coffee tasty cakes is what I call pure indulgence. So many amazing flavours of coffee to try right from latte and mocha to hazelnut and Irish coffee. They keep adding something new to their menu always just like their special Christmas menu which is just amazing. Love the hot chocolate here it's highly recommended.

I have recently been upgraded to the Gold membership and i'm loving the rewards recently. Most of my loyalty stars have been from the orders at this outlet. I have a soft corner for cafes and more so for Starbucks which is why I visit every week. This outlet is Viviana is spacious and has lots of seating options. I love the corner couches. The experience is great and holds upto the global standards. There are multiple counters so not a big queue at all times, orders aren't delayed, savouries are freshly prepared. My three staple food here is Hot Chocolate, Java Chip Frapp, NY Cheesecake. One thing I didn't like about this outlet is the poor cellphone receiption in the inside area. They do have wifi though.

There is no other coffee which can compete with Starbucks as they maintained their level of serving their customers the best coffee all the time.
Along with alot of varieties of coffee they also have amazing quick bites like croissant, sandwiches, pastries etc.
You can also try the Tiramisu dessert of Starbucks which one of the best.
The only negative or the thing I don't like about Starbucks is the pricing structure for different sizes of coffee as there is not much difference in the pricing of Small, Medium & Large but the quantity served has clearly alot of difference which seems unfair to me.
But nevertheless the experience is always good.

Starbucks India is definitely more environmentally conscious. We were served cold drinks in a glass. They also have the standard drinks in the short size. Which I think is perfect for kids. All in all, you pay for the name at Starbucks. But you also get good advice and high quality drinks and food.

I happened to visit Starbucks @ Viviana mall twice during last few days for quick business meetings.<br/><br/>The location is very convenient in Thane. It's at the entry of a very famous Viviana Mall on the eastern express highway. Commute is convenient and locating it is no problem at all.<br/><br/>It has arrangements for two, three, four or more people to sit and chat. High chairs are also available. Inside there are sofas and I found that arrangement quite convenient. No one disturbs you till you are finished with your meetings / interactions.<br/><br/>Menu is a standard one available across Starbucks joints and it's very good and well prepared. Needless to say that hygiene is very good too.<br/><br/>I liked their service with quite professional staff.<br/><br/>Now it's a place of choice for me for any business meetings, conducting interviews etc.<br/><br/>Great show Starbucks.

This store of Starbucks is located on the ground floor of viviana mall. It’s such a lovely store. It’s huge and has beautiful ambiance with modern twist. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. We have been here for so many times and they have never disappointed us. <br/>Only one thing I would like to mention is that they need to improve their snacks menu. Food doesn’t look exciting, it looks like it has been sitting there for days. So please work on that. But I do love their red velvet and orange cake. It was phenomenal. So soft and light . It’s worth a try.<br/>Every season Starbucks brings new drinks to their menu and they are pretty delicious so do try those. <br/>We tried mango Frappuccino, Caramel Frappuccino , triple mocha and mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and all were really yummy 😋

A great place to hangout during working hours for a meeting or to just take a break. Love the coffee, Irish Cake and blueberry delight. The decor is pretty descent.

the BEST place to get coffee than anywhere else. their service is fast and also they serve tasty meal,snacks and coffee ,frappé,smoothies and many more.although the price is quite high but they give quality food as well as service! also the attendant taking your order and othr workers are polite and more interactive with their customers ! loved that whether be any starbucks coffee outlet . i had chocolate machiato( frappé size:grande) alongwith paneer chatpata wrap and as i was having membership got their desert pastry which was way too good tasted till now.also had paneer tandoori sandwhich which was tasty alomgwith cascara machiato cold coffee(frappé size:grandé).ambience is spacious as well as too comfortable! for coffee this will be my ideal place to visit.keep it up Starbucks Coffee and do visit here people!💚

One thing you will notice as soon as you enter the starbucks is the fresh aroma of coffee beans...They tick almost all boxes. You get Good ambience, polite staff, comfortable seats and your own space to talk. Its a must try, if you love leisure time chat.<br/>I liked the white mocha with cream here. A sip of coffee and long chats have made my day... They serve yummy Chicken pie. Give it a try...<br/>You might face mobile network issue here. You can connect to Wi-Fi through OTP, however, it will be difficult to connect a call while seating here.

Starbucks is too big a chain to be affected by reviews.<br/><br/>With that said, the purpose of this write up is to point the brilliant customisations available to a customer at Starbucks.<br/><br/>I prefer a pour over brewed coffee with a quarter unit of milk per cup. I was really glad that beyond expansive menu of Starbucks, the baristas did not have any problems in understanding and accommodating my order.<br/><br/>I have not observed this elsewhere.<br/><br/>Great!

If you are craving coffee this is the place to go. It has a range and variety of different coffee. The ambience is perfect to spend a lazy evening doing nothing. The place is also suitable for professional meetings etc. Another thing I love about this place are the desserts. The different types of cakes and cookies are just amazing. My favourite are the java chip cookies, blueberry muffin and tiramisu. Another best part is that they keep adding new flavours of coffee to the menu everytime so there something new to try everytime you visit. You get varieties of good coffee here. The best thing about this place I loved was the ambience.. it's beautiful.. spacious at the same time cosy. The coffee aroma is usually strong and feels just right as you enter this shop. Usually it's crowded during weekends.
