As usual Starbucks are pretty dope, staff behavior were polite and pleasant and so was the atmosphere.
Starbucks serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, microground instant coffee known as VIA, espresso, coffee latte and other hot and cold drinks etc.
Starbucks has many outlets but this one is in Viviana mall in Thane. Great place to have a cup of coffee after loads of shopping. Do try.
The menu is elaborate. Seating arrangement is adequate. As this outlet is located inside a mall, we can have a cup of coffee after shopping. Moreover good place to hang out with friends.
Best for couples and meeting as well
Starbucks is my personal favourite just because of the whipped cream over the top, tiramisu and blueberry delight are my favourite pastries again.
Seating arrangements are good at viviana outlet but too crowded in evening hours .
Starbucks is not pocket friendly as such but it’s worth it .
The place is very cozy and good. I loved the coffee which I ordered plus we can take extra straws too😝
The Prices are relatively higher than the quantity and also the people on the counter take time to understand the menu.

Indeed gives me a good vibe all the time ... usually after my shopping at Viviyana I visit this to relax. Staff is very polite , nice sitting area , good service and a perfect drink always 🙌
Spending a handful amount for some amazing frappuccino of starbucks sounds right. Always been a Java Chip Frappe and their mouth-watering Red Velvet cake girl. Also, if I ever get those chills, their hot chocolate is way to go and makes my day.
Red velvet cake, when made correctly has an extremely complex flavor.The reason, the classic version is called red velvet is because good quality.

This Starbucks outlet is right at the entrance of the mall to the right side. The vibe of the store is amazing and has great interiors.
The ordered hazelnut triangle and coffee was perfect for monsoon season. Staff is good here and helps to customise drinks as per requirement.
A great place to catch up with your friends or work during office hours.
I went here today for a quick beverage. I got a Signature Hot Chocolate takeaway. Like always, I absolutely loved it. The amount of sweetness and foam is amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The service was very quick. We ordered our beverages around 10 am and got them in 5-8 minutes. The seating is lovely. The place is squeaky clean. There room temperature, atmosphere and aroma is refreshing!

There are 2 Starbucks outlets in Viviana (Ground & Third Floor - newly opened around Nov22 ). This outlet is on the ground floor and has a great ambience.
They serve Hot and Cold Coffee, Various types of Muffins , Sandwiches....
We visited in the morning , seats were vacant , we got our order in time.. Blueberry Cake was awesome , very spongy and fresh. Ordered Capachino & Hazelnut Hot Coffee which was good too.
I recommend visiting Starbucks..
Tried the Archie's special edition coffee.. very sweet given the whipped cream and the cocoa overload, but it does taste awesome!!! Had to wash it down with a cold dark brew but it was worth the hype..

This place needs no description. A cup of hot coffee tasty cakes is what I call pure indulgence. So many amazing flavours of coffee to try right from latte and mocha to hazelnut and Irish coffee. They keep adding something new to their menu always just like their special Christmas menu which is just amazing. Love the hot chocolate here it's highly recommended.
I have recently been upgraded to the Gold membership and i'm loving the rewards recently. Most of my loyalty stars have been from the orders at this outlet. I have a soft corner for cafes and more so for Starbucks which is why I visit every week. This outlet is Viviana is spacious and has lots of seating options. I love the corner couches. The experience is great and holds upto the global standards. There are multiple counters so not a big queue at all times, orders aren't delayed, savouries are freshly prepared. My three staple food here is Hot Chocolate, Java Chip Frapp, NY Cheesecake. One thing I didn't like about this outlet is the poor cellphone receiption in the inside area. They do have wifi though.
This is very Famous Coffee joint where you will served Hot & Cold coffee from Cappuccino, Late, Frappe.. You can also enjoy delicious muffins , sandwich which is served with smile.. The Veg & Non-veg sandwich is very fresh and tasty.. Service is prompt ... Hangout and spend quality time with friends while sipping Coffee.
Ambience is cozy.
I have tried Cappuccino, Cafe Late , Mocha chocolate , Frappe and enjoyed each and every coffee...
You may feel prices on higher side..

Very lovely place. Inside of Viviana mall. Very friendly staff. Big choice of souvenir mugs, cups, tumblers.
There is no other coffee which can compete with Starbucks as they maintained their level of serving their customers the best coffee all the time.
Along with alot of varieties of coffee they also have amazing quick bites like croissant, sandwiches, pastries etc.
You can also try the Tiramisu dessert of Starbucks which one of the best.
The only negative or the thing I don't like about Starbucks is the pricing structure for different sizes of coffee as there is not much difference in the pricing of Small, Medium & Large but the quantity served has clearly alot of difference which seems unfair to me.
But nevertheless the experience is always good.
