One of the good restaurant for sea food Verities of fisheries and and their different curries Has chicken and mutton option too For veg, not many options but you will have a decent options Taste wise it's very delicious 😋 Speaking about ambiance it's okay, it's kind of a dark Resturant has verieties of alcohol, I guess for them it's dark Overall it's wort a try

We decided to go here due to their specialty in sea food. They have differ kind sittings and we opted for the ac section but they have non ac and rooftop also. Ambience and decor is very nice and the staff is also very good in terms of suggesting what is speciality. I would like to thank Priyanka who was the captain that time and guided us through the menu. We ordered - A] Mocktail/Cocktail - 1] Blue On - it's very blue colored mocktail with lemonde and some blue lagoon in it (5/5). 2] Gimlet - so it is made of gin and some like juice and it was quite good (5/5). B] Starters - 1] Paneer Hunan Dry - it was quite tasty the paneer hunan had some kind of gravy which was perfect with paneer chunks (5/5). 2] Prawns Tandoori - it was the best tandoori prawns I have tried. Quality and quantity both were top class (5/5). C] Main Course - 1] Chicken Lapeta - it was like chicken sukha best dish at samudra we had this with butter roti....must try (5/5). D] Deseerts - 1] Sizzling Brownie - this dish I order where ever I go and it never disappoints me (5/5). 2] caramel custard - the custard was quite soft and delicious (5/5). So if you are a seafood lover u must try samudra family restaurant which is in lousewadi thane.

Its a decent place. not the best in sea food in Thane. Ppl generally visit here as they also serve alcohol in bottle system along with decent food. Taste may not be the best but its decent. Prices are also fine.

This place is located at Pach pakhadi service road which is just 15 min from thane railways station. I had tried: 1. Pomfret fry (Most delicious sea food i have ever had, perfectly cooked and good in presentation) 2. Madam X (Highly recommended to get rid of spices) 3. Bhatti ka Murgh (Most delicious tandoori chicken kebabs) 4. Murgha tikka with Butter naan (Highly recommended) 5. Chicken biryani 6. Gulab jamun with rasgulla Everything was just so delicious and tasty too🤤 Being not a huge fan of Malvani food still I took this risk to try Malvani hotel and I really loved the taste only because of their rich spices which they used. Best place to have sea food. The ambiance of this place is perfect for casual dining. They have rooftop, AC, non-Ac And private chambers perfect for serving wide range of customers. In mocktails, the strawberry colada and sherly temple are most recommended Mocktails. Among them strawberry colada was very refreshing and my personal favorite. 😍 In starters, Chicken Rojali and Chicken Malwani Tawa were top notch. The chicken rojali had keema stuffed in chicken whereas the chicken Malwani tawa was cooked in authentic Malwani masala's. In sea food section we tried Kolambi Hirwa Narli Pulao which had very fresh and delicious Kolambis😍 In desserts, my personal favorite is sizzling brownie with ice cream was very yummy 😍 Food -- 5/5 Service -- 5/5 Ambiance -- 5/5 Overall -- 5/5

A Meshmering Restaurant Not a big but a small but an amazing restaurant located here in the Heart of Thane called as Samudra. I would really recommend to all those people who are a biggest lover of Malvan and Indian home made style food. Here we visited on our week days just to check out the restaurant which is very near to our place. From outside it looks normal but the internal space is big with floor plus one design. The quality they serve is awesome. We order lots of dishes one by one. All the items were totally loaded with a good amount taste and even looking good and uniquely designed. However we ate a lot of dishes below will be the pictures of those dishes. Overall ambiance is quite nice. Staff is good. Area is also good. Service is fast. Quantity is way better. Quality is superb. Overall lovely place to visit for everyone within an affordable price range. Recommended to all.

I visited this place for lunch yesterday with mom. Place is very spacious and perfect for Office parties,Group dinners. We ordered: 1. Surmai Tawa Fry : Surmai was of very decent size, tawa fried Served fresh (that's most imp). Served with Salad, lemons and onions. 2. Rawas tikka : Very well cooked more on spicy side and tasted very fresh. 3. Shanghai Shimmer : Cheery with sprite - more on sweeter side very refreshing. Also very good looking. 4. Parrots song : This was very strong and spicy. 5. Kombadi vade with Chicken masala: Kombadi vade are so close to my heart and they were perfect. Very soft and tasty. Chicken would have been more on spicy side I would have been perfect. 6. Sizzling Brownie with Icecream : Not the best brownie I have tasted but it was okay. 7. Butterscotch Icecream : Hands down this was perfect and best end to a wonderful meal. I recommand everybody to visit this place to try out some amazing seafood.

Samudra Restaurant n Bar, this place can be easily locatable from the road, been there for afternoon lunch session n the place didn't disappointed at all. Ambience : This place is typical fine dine restaurant, so they have comfortable sofa and table seating. Place has 3 section as they host different type of guest like family, office crowd n party ppl. This place is Restaurant and Bar so they do serve variety of mocktail n cocktail and yes Good sea food. Drinks : I tried white rum base Pinacolada and Strawberry Pinacolada. Starters : PRWANS IN HOT GARLIC were too good in tatste. POMFRET TANDOORI this dish was well marinated and the spices in it was just perfect. MainCourse : As they're also specialise in Maharashtrian food we tried their Malwani Chicken with Neer Dosa the perfect combination to go. In rice we ordered Prwans Biryani which were less spices but well cooked and tastier both the dishes was ordered by us was half but the portion of half itself was bigger in size. Dessert : And we winded up with the Good Scoop of Butter Scotch n Chocolate Ice Cream. So had an amazing experience here, this place is good to visit with friends , family and colleagues. PS : They do serve buffet option as per your suitable packages and has banquet Hall for private functions.

Samudra is restaurant on Service Road of EEH. It is a three storey affair. The ground floor is best left to partying gents. The first floor has well done interiors and is a cosy place to be. It also has two small chambers where around 15-20 people can be accommodated and hence suitable for small get together or parties. The second floor is covered terrace and is big place with relaxing atmosphere. This is also given for large parties. Though the name is Samudra, ample variety & cuisines of seafood are available, so are the mutton & chicken dishes. You have a variety of cuisines and the taste though nothing special, is always authentic. The food is always tasty. The best part is service and you are attended properly.Also the staff is well trained and attends to all need appropriately. Visited this place recently, if you are looking for bugget friendly restaurant and you love fish then you must visit this place they have hug variety of dishes The service was quite slow, but they helped us to choose dishes from menu. We had : Prawns Koliwada. Chicken sukha. Mawani chicken handi. Surmai tawa fry.

Delicious fresh seafood, amazing ambiance...this is well known for malwani cuisine with great customer service. It's located in panch pakhadi near to the korum mall. We had a dinner here and tried prawns koliwada and bombil rawa fry in starters and kombadi Wade with steam rice in main course. It was the best prawns I have tried. Bombils are perfectly fried and chicken was tender and blend with the curry very well. Quality and quantity are top class. I recommend Samudra for the seafood cuisine. Go there with friends or family to enjoy their mouth watering food. Seafood lovers should try this. You will not get disappointed.

A good hotel for lunch n dinner with cocktails. Ambience looks good n maintained good. Food is great but feel over priced given for that ambience. Pull over you'll not regret it.

In starters: 1- Surmai tawa fry- The crispy Surmai was surely a great starter to have. 2- Chicken Zhumka- the tandoori lollipop with perfect taste and spice balance. In mains, 1- Chicken Lapeta- The chicken was thoroughly cooked and the spice balance, flavours, taste were Excellent. In desserts-Gulab jamun- Hot gulab jamun were the perfect treat to have to end your meal and the taste didn't disappoint. Overall I'll surely recommend. Good class!!!!

This is a perfect place for office parties or even a group dinner. The Staff is courteous and manages well even when the place is full at night. What all we had during our visit; Cocktail: 1. Chaska Mary. (Vodka, Guava juice, tabasco, pepper, Worchester, salt) Mocktails: 1. Virgin Pinacolada. 2. Madam X. (Pineapple ajuice, Khus Syrup, kesar pista) Starters: 1. Paneer 50-50 Tikka. 2. Cheese Balls. Maincourse: 1. Chicken Thali. 2. Paneer Butter Masala. 3. Cheese Garlic Naan. Dessert: 1. Malai Kulfi.

Samudra and Malvan Tadka are from the same owners, but surprisingly i found the food at Samudra excellent than Malvan Tadka. Good interiors and ambience. Try the chicken platter, lollypop and bombil fry

Thane popular sea food restaurants, varieties of fisheries and different curries . My son likes crab soup, which tasted very good. Only try Malvani dishes , dont try Chinese and Punjabi dishes . Because we ordered one butter chicken which was very sweet.

Visited this restaurant for its coastal food speciality<br/>And the overall experience was good the proportion to prize ratio is fair enough, the staff was also good but still giving it 4 stars because of the taste, it was not up to the mark for me being a Maharashtrian.

We went here late night and ordered pomfret fry and in main course chicken lapeta and prawns curry with Wade and bhakri. Pomfret fry was delicious, highly recommended.<br/>Prawns curry and chicken lapeta is nice. Fish are fresh. Staff and service is good.

So had Ordered the Mutton Thali.<br/>The portion was decent. But unnecessarily spicy. You couldn't enjoy the taste of the meat. It's only Masala all over. The Quality of the mutton was also ok. Not exceptional. A lot of Bones less of meat overall.<br/>Otherwise, food is AVERAGE.<br/>DO NOT FALL FOR THR HYPE, IF ANY.<br/>Do try their Sea food, As i am short of hands and stomachs to review it. They claim it's their speciality. We'll see..

The seating arrangement is comfortable and music adds to the experience. Hospitality was good, the manager suggested some good starters to go for.<br/>So let's go through what we tried at Samudra.<br/>Starting with Bloody Mary with a lovely punch of Vodka and Tomato juice was decent enough.<br/><br/>Pomfret Tandoori came in, pomfret size sufficient for one had a nice spice marination perfectly chargrilled. This should not be missed.<br/><br/>I loved the Tawa Prawns, again in a medium spicy malvani masala. Tasted irresistibly great, I could have easily devoured another portion if the mains were not ordered already.<br/><br/>Among the mains we settled for Malvani Special Komdi Wade and Mutton Lapeta with Bhakri.<br/>Kombdi wade one of my favorite among Maharashtian food, this one did not fail to impress me but here I felt Mutton Lapeta wins hands down, well cooked mutton cubes in a medium spicy thick gravy is a must have. The restaurant is nice, service is excellent by staff. But Hyderbadi Chicken Biryani was tasteless. We ordered Mutton Malvani and HYD Chicken Biryani with Naan n Roti and beer.. bill came 1800₹. Which I found way to high.

As the name suggests, the place is more popular for fish dishes, but the other veg / non-veg items are also good. There are enough seats in separate sections of non-ac /ac / family.<br/>Situated on the service road self parking is a problem, but no issues, valley parking is available.<br/>Food is decent and mid-range priced. A good option to consider for reasons stated above.

Sunday evening me 7 my friends visit this for Birthday Celebration. Very neat & clean with warm welcome of Service Staff. We order soup as seafood it is up to the mark. The attraction is the huge LOBSTER with fresh and tasty yummy,<br/>This Big Surprise is they offer Birthday Mocktail from Samudra Special. They made our dining worth with great service and authentic preparation of food.

This place is really happening with live steam of match. We couple friends got the  place on roof top with nice served the Chilled Beer Bucket. Service is to quick and proper along with mouth watering food like Chicken Bhatti Kabab & Specailly kuddoos to Pomfret Malwani Tawa.  <br/>We really visit this place again and again.

This restaurant is very best. As it is a bar the drink are also good enough. Actually i didn't try many sea food but rather than that I loved the Chinese and the mutton vada. From that I can tell that the sea food will also be ver best here. And the prawns were damm good enough to make your day.!!

Very spicy food. The steward also didn't mention about the quantity, spicyness of food. They were more interested in selling platters. Two waiters served the food and both of them had a bad time as they dropped the food. Very bad experience. @malvanKatta is having the same management and share their kitchen.

The ambience is good. Food taste is decent. However, the quantity of food - starters is too less, especially sea food; not worth the money they charge. Their service is terrible. The waiters dropped the starters (mind you the quantity which is already negligible) not once but twice and not an apology from their end. We ended up ordering malwani food which was super spicy vis-a-vis what you find at other restaurants, but did the food taker even once ask/suggest for better options - not at all. Overall, poor experience. Will not recommend given their horrible service.

Stay right next to this place. Have tried it a couple of times. The food is ok and not that great at the price it askes. Fish is good here but there are other malvan restaurants to try like malvan tadka which is right next to the place.
