I had been to this place on a Saturday morning for brunch. The interior ambience is amazing, loved it. You have two types seat arrangements one with table and chair and other with sofa. The staff was very cordial and excellent service. Even the music mix was decent. Food is very delicious, you they do have combos as well. The bacon, the scrambled eggs and the sausages are heavenly. If you love eating English breakfast this place is just for you. You can take your own sweet time as there is no rush. Very peaceful and calming atmosphere. A must visit place for brunch in Trivandrum.

FUEL: The Subterranean Hideaway
TLDR; they’re serving continental & American, the ambience is great, moderate service time & the food is awesome!
This place is an excellent example to understand how the food scene in Trivandrum is changing/growing. Place is dim lit(comparable to what Imperial Kitchen used to have), with floor seating options, cool color schemes, wall paintings, calm music & excellent quality food. Their menu is limited but enough to satisfy your continental/American cravings. Went there twice - once during a rush hour. English breakfast & American breakfast were ordered & they were excellent. Didn’t like the hashbrowns since they were oily. Also, we went for an additional serving of bacon - they were superb! Our second visit called for their fried chicken burger, a salad & chicken alfredo penne pasta - must say that the pasta was delicious af! The burger was ok but the buns were too thick for me. Salad was excellent too. Seems like they’re not so good at managing the rush probably due to their limited space & design of the place. We were lucky when we reached & got seated in no time. The place is a great place to have a long chit-chat while getting the tummy full. Service time is moderate & the prices are reasonable I felt.
Definition of the American breakfast, English and polish breakfast begins here! The pancakes were absolutely yummy and we get good smoothies too. Excellent ambience and Good service too
Nice ambience. Quality of food is good. Orders take time when there are too many people. Working time 7:30 am to 11:00 am on weekdays and weekends it stretches till 2 pm. Food varieties are English breakfast, American breakfast with Pancakes. Waffles, sausages, hash browns. Egg options are fried , scrambled, poached, Spanish. Bacon strips and quite some fruit smoothies are also available
What can I say about this place... It's nice. The staff is good and we received service very swiftly. The tables are very well maintained and are cleared as soon as a customer leaves. The food was great and tasty. But I feel it was quite overpriced for the quantity of food served. But given the overall experience. I might just come back once day.
I was dying for an English breakfast. Finally I found out a place in Trivandrum. My choice was not bad. After a long tym I had it. It was so amazing. Pan cakes and maple syrup! yummy!!!
Food was so good. I ordered English breakfast. It had pancakes with maple syrup egg of your choice , Hashbrown toast n butter sausages and bacon. Service was really good . They asked for 15 mins to prepare and without any delay they Served it. Ambience was also good. Good to spend some time with family and friends. Location wise could have been more better. Struggled a bit to find the exact location and there is no parking facility also.

Lovely cozy joint. Vegetarians will find it tough as the place isnt veg friendly. Right now, only Continental food is available. Their juices are delicious
Cozy ambience, very nice menu spread & delicious food. Price/quantity ratio is a bit on the dull side which is the only negative I can think of about this place.
Finally a place in trivandrum which serves English and American breakfast. Usually not crowded , service is quick and courteous.
Food is great here.Parking can be difficult at times.
In addition smoothies are also available.

The food we get there gives us the different experience of continental breakfast
The smoothies available are very healthy but the taste level is a bit avarerage in this case as most of the drinks are made from fresh organic vegetables or milk with no added sugar
