This restaurant is operated by the Government of Kerala, yet it gives off the impression of a well-maintained private establishment. As you step inside, you'll notice the presence of sofas and furnishings, which is not a common sight in government-run restaurants.
Turning to the food, I ordered porotta and chicken varutharacha curry. The food was moderately spicy, with the curry sizzling hot. The porotta, on the other hand, was remarkably soft and fluffy. The chicken curry was prepared with fried coconut, resulting in a delicious blend of spices.
However, the service left something to be desired. Even with just 2-3 patrons in the restaurant, it took approximately 20 minutes for the food to be served. The service staff, though, were accommodating. The wash area and restroom were relatively clean, and there was ample parking available. The restaurant is easily accessible.
Porotta priced at 12 rupees and the chicken curry at 180 rupees.
It is neatly maintained. Food taste is average but it is clean and neat. Cost also less and it is best in budget. But service need to to improve a bit. They are taking lot of time to take the order and serve the food. That need to be improved. Service need to improve. Otherwise it is okay
A good dining space and decent taste too. Biriyani and meals are good. Run by Govt. of Kerala, chicken, fish and beef items available. Ample parking too.
Second consecutive lunch at this gourmet in spirit restaurant. Simply amazing.
A nice restaurant. It is govt run I understand. The people were friendly. When we got spicy food, they took it back and brought it less spicy. Ac inside is nice and cooling. Prices are decent. All in all a good place to eat if you're not looking for ambience too much. Food was tasty too. Not many people when we went, but we went a little early for dinner.
It was nice quite good experience in the pattah area its a government shop good food and staffs . Food was decent and clean and good place i ordered the vegetables metals. Thats was good compared to the pettah and arround the area. Larger dining area and good parking space for costomers. And they also provide the small bite snaks at the reasonable price. The vegetables meals cost only 120₹

I had chicken friedrice (₹150).
It was overall good experience dining from here.
Parking space is not ample enough but still can host 3-4 cars and couple of bikes.
The dining hall is well maintained, clean ,tidy and hygienic.
Also it was pocket friendly.
Service was satisfactory.
For a change, our latest visit was on a Thursday evening. Pretty deserted. However, our order was brought 100% fresh sizzling hot. Every item was tasty and we ended up taking more as parcel. The service team spent enough time explaining various dishes and suggesting when will be a good time to try them(based on availability). And it didn't hurt the pocket either.

One of the best and neat chicken outlet and Restaurant in Trivandrum near Airport. Limited but can park upto 10 cars space. Pleasing and well dressed waitress and staffs. Good customer handling and hospitality. Good food at reasonable rates. Undertaken by Kerala Government. Chicken is directly from poultry farms by govt. Food is Crisp and tasty according to the price. Getaway counter also available. Easy to access from traffic. Air conditioned restaurant with live music and televisions. Good seating arrangements and neat atmosphere.
