Food - tasty and of good quantity and quality. However, the taste of Kunafa has deteriorated over time.
Ambiance - Beautiful.
Parking - space is available only for about 3 cars. The others will have to make do with roadside parking, which is a negative IMO. They should've made some facility for parking.
Prices - quite expensive. For 2 people, the bill was around 1500 Rs.
A good Arabian restaurant in the city. If you are a spicy lover this is not the place for you. The food is very tasty and good. The ambience is also nice and the presentation of the food is also good. The parking area is very congested, and a maximum of 4 cars can be parked.
I had Kapama rice, hot and spicy chicken soup and a lime soda from here. Kapama is good but I felt it very dry. Soup and juice was good.
Nice ambience and very good customer service. Food is really good.
Those Who want to try a different cuisine, definitely worth a visit.
🕌 Bab Arabia Review - Step into a Middle Eastern oasis at Bab Arabia! 🏜️ The rustic interior, adorned with antique charm and staff in traditional Arabian attire, sets the mood. 🎨👳♂️ Craving authentic Arabian non-veg dishes? This is your spot! 🍗🌯 But remember, quality comes at a price. 💰👌 #BabArabiaReview #ArabianDelights 🌟🍽️
Had a wonderful experience with trying out the Arabic cuisine. They have set an Arabian ambiance everywhere so that we feel we are in an Arabian country. I had tried almost every starters but were not into tummy filling dishes like alfams and biriyani. The way chiken kappama served was good to watch and the food was good also. The main thing I found is they don't add spices, so for a keralite who is preferring a spicy food might feel it uncomfortable. The 1 meter kebab, chiken lolipop, icecream & cheese kunafas, Turkish alfams where pretty good but the mutton kebab kind of dish ( sorry I forgot the name) was not upto the mark. Guys don't go for heavy food before the startes. Personally I enjoyed there hospitality and food 👍.I am providing a higher rate per person because I tried 8-9 items and its a bit rated, but I think every Arabic cuisine they are charging this amount.
A good Arabian restaurant in Trivandrum.
Nice ambience.
They have set arabic ambience everywhere.
All staff dressed in arabic style.
Friendly staffs .
Food was good .
Kapama chicken 👌, they serve nicely.
In terms of value, I felt like the prices were reasonable given the high quality of the food and service.
Simply loved the food, ambience and service. Beef Kapama was lit though beef was of less quantity. Definitely try next time for other dishes.
While searching for dinner options, I came across this restaurant and decided to order porotta. However, they informed me that porotta was unavailable and suggested their signature dish, Kapama rice. I ordered the Beef Kapama. The dish arrived in a clay pot covered with dough, which the server removed to mix the rice and beef thoroughly before transferring it to my plate. It turned out to be one of the most delicious rice dishes I've ever tasted.
The Beef Kapama was prepared with beef pieces, onions, chili, and potatoes combined with rice, resulting in a highly flavorful meal. It was accompanied by side dishes of mayo and tomato sauce. I also ordered a mint tea, which was enjoyable. The service was prompt, and the menu indicated a 20-minute wait as the food was prepared live. The ambiance was cozy, with pleasant lighting, plants, and comfortable cushioned seats.
There were separate washrooms for men and women, both of which were clean. The restaurant offered parking space for 4-5 vehicles and was easily accessible. I highly recommend trying the Beef Kapama, which costs 300 rs for a quarter portion, and the mint tea for 20 rs.
Additionally, I should mention that the dishes at Bab Arabia are not very spicy. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to those who enjoy spicy foods.
Their cuisines are lip smacking and best.
Lamb broth soup was tastier.
But, since we ordered a platter,we couldn't complete fully. So ask for the quantity & order.
Otherwise, all items were tasty.
Their Passion fruit mojito is of excellent taste & must try.
Amazing food. Good service. Parking can be troublesome. Try their famous Kunafa (dessert), Kapama (biriyani kind of), beef ribs (comes with a portion of rice). Overall great place to hangout and have great food with friends and family.
