Though this is not my first visit to Thrissur outlet, this time it was really awesome. Staffs were super friendly and we were the last customer went out of the outlet at night. Till then all the staffs including housekeeping came to us and danced with us. It was such a fun day for all of us. Definitely we will come again for such an enthusiastic team. As the famous words of Chef Marco Pierre - when we visit a restaurant and put value on the whole experience, 40% is the food but it's the 60%, the service we received that makes us want to go back - Mr Saddam, you made our day. The food was incredible but it was the service you and your team gave us. It's the best in thrissur. You made us feel like royalty. Thank you... not one and I mean not one restaurant in my 41 years of existence in thrissur can match the level of service you gave us today and take it from someone who been in this business for 2 decades. Really recommend all to try it atleast once...I tried and enjoyed it..their starters are the major highlight especially the prawns.and the potato wedges...and of course chicken...
Rest courses too are nice..but in terms of taste the starters are just above the level!!
Main course taste levels are normal nothing wow... We had biriyani and it just a normal pain biriyani..nothing spcl...

I have visited twice here last week one for lunch and then for dinner. Both the experience was really nice and I had to mention, staff there was amazingly good at their work. Other than starters ( of course that's why we are here, have as much as possible since nothing else make you satisfied) you should also try their desserts, all of them are good especially Kulfi. Main course is something that you can actually try to taste they are good but nothing special. Prices are compatibly lower than other BBQ Nations and lunch is even cheaper (420 in Week Days) and they provide same menu in Lunch and Dinner, so save some money. Go and Enjoy

this was my first time at a bbq nation joint. I love the place, the staff was very caring and served us non-stop. Mr Saddam the manager was amazing and very diligent making sure we are taken care off, offering us different dishes available. I loved the place , the staff and the over all vibe.. The menu was incredible, the side dishes including chats were amazing and the paaan kulfi was a delight. Loved it both me and my husband. We avoided a horrible place and went to BBQ nation and it was worth it...

This place is awesome!! Been there many times, their service is always top notch.Their food is excellent! Do not compare this place with kochi BBQ Nation, because here they serve mini buffet and price is also cheaper. They have Veg buffet also. Non Veg Buffet Price range is ₹468-₹668. It's a great place to hangout with your friends and family. Ambience also nice. If you are a BBQ lover, then definitely you should visit this place.Highly recommended!!

First time experiencing BBQ Nation. Service was excellent when we got there, but become slow once place got crowded. Arun Kumar really accomodated our special request especially with food alergy. He continuously checked with us and stayed on top of service. Wait staffs were fast and pleasent to bring bbq and other iyems to table per our requests.
All BBQ appetizers were cooked right and fresh.
Main course buffet spread was nothing special or outstanding. I hope management look into this and improve quality there.
Overall good food with excellent service.

May be a little more active exhaust system would be great since there is alot of smoke inside the restaurant...due to the "ever-burning" grills at each table.... apart from that, great food.. great staff...great service. The staff even tried engaging & playing with my toddler baby boy so that I could enjoy the food & eat properly. Latheef & Raman, you guys are the best.. such awesome service..!!
