To call the food authentic or excellent, is an understatement. I ordered a Naga Smoked Chicken and loved it so much that I ordered a Pork Anishe the next day. Both the dishes are a very good introduction to Naga food. The owner Mr. Douglas was very receptive to my dietary needs and also took feedback on his food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant atleast once for everybody visiting Tinsukia.
