Rooftop restaurant with individualized service. This restaurant has the usual variety of tourist food. The Indian food was excellent, especially when compared with other nearby restaurants. Pros: - good view, though less expansive then restaurants up the hill - great, freshly made food Cons: - some of the seating was wearing out - the steps up to the restaurant were steep, making them hard to climb for anyone with a mobility impairment

The food here is very good and good value. A big selction is offer on the menu to suit all tastes. The view is something to savour too whilst you enjoy some excellent Rajasthan cuisine. The staff here are excellent too, very friendly and informtative. Breakfast here too is also very good, what better place to watch a new day break than the terrace overlooking the lake. Fantastic!!

We were very lucky to find this amazing restaurant. The food was the best we had in Rajasthan. Delicious. The view was really beautiful overlooking the lake. The owner and staff couldn' do enough to make sure our experience was the best. Highly recommended.

Best restaurant in Udaipur. We ate here four times. The Chicken Tikka is succulent, perfect. The mixed vegetable was a thick, delicious stew. We ate at other well reviewed restaurants, but Sunset View was the best by far! Highly recommended!

Find this restaurant on TripAdvisor. of the hidden jem of lake city on the bank of lake pichola with the lovely view of lake and the best sunset view from diffrent rooftop. We ordered mutton korma and chicken tandoori and chicken tikka. Wow what a delicious taste we had. Five star service with very very lovely service. This is my 3rd.Visit at Sunset View A Tandoori Restaurant.I ordered theButter chicken (Boneless Chicken cooked in a special masala gravy) and it was truly awesome! The service was very good with just the right balance between attentiveness and privacy. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Bhawana ji for her five star hospitality and magement. The food here is some of the best I have eaten in India. It's great to have non veg options on the menu too. The chicken tikka and the butter chicken are both outstanding and the biryani is also excellent - but anything you order is going to be tasty. The chef is really talented - if you have time to order in advance (that day) you should definitely try his mutton curry and his mutton soup. I honestly cannot say enough about how good that soup was... best thing I have eaten in two months in India! The owner Rahil is friendly and a great host. The view is excellent, amazing at sunset and beautiful in the evening. Definitely worth a try when you are in Udaipur.

We had just arrived in the city, did a couple touristy things and were starving while looking for a place to eat. Came across this place in the late afternoon, early evening. Not sure they were quite open as there was some confusion when my cousin was talking to the staff but they accommodated us. Another reason I think they weren't open was us 4 were the only people there, the chairs were stacked and the food took forever to prepare. This is not a negative if they opened early just for us but would be a negative if not... i'm just not 100% sure. But when we did get the food, it was delicious and plentiful. The view was amazing and we ended our meal as the sun was setting over the lake which the restaurant overlooked (which again makes me wonder about their hours because nobody else came to eat during that entire ~2 hours). Would visit again if returning to udaipur, but just not when completely starving.

Awesome place ,great and mouth watering food. We ordered pasta in tamato greavy wow what a tast. We also ordered tandoori chicken and mutton korma one of the best we had in our udaipur visit. Really delicious food (chicken tikka lababdar and aloo palak were particularly delicious, and not swimming in oil which was great!), service was also great, and the restaurant terrace provides lovely views of the lake! Our favourite meal we had in Udaipur..

It is one of the best restaurants when you are in Udaipur smacking mouth watering Tandoori Chicken. The menu has authentic dishes boasting an entirely Maharaja feeling. Our host of the evening was Rahil and Bhawana and we were welcomed with great hospitality and love. Not only was the service crisp and to the point, they also gave us complimentary desserts off the menu. We went back home with a happy tummy and enjoyed a dinner where everything was catered to, with great spirit and charisma. Also dont forget to try the best tandoori chicken
