Udaipur's got a lot of lake view restaurants and this one has a view of Fateh Sagar Lake. Not right on the lake but its a view across the road. Recommended by our auto driver and nearby to the hotel that we were staying, ended up here for lunch. For appetizers, we opted for Veg Lollipop - it's usually chicken lollipop that one would expect in a restaurant but this was stuffed veg patty presented in the form of lollipop - was ok though not the best I would say. For the mains Chicken Tikka Makhani with some break which ticked all the boxes and egg fried rice was the dish of the day for me. Service is good but can get hot during summers with the open space. There were coolers available which worked well.
Freshly cooked, delicious food. Very prompt and courteous staff. I am a stickler for hygiene and taste, this place satiated me thoroughly. Highly recommend
Ever wanted to dine in udaipur overlooking the fateh sagar lake in all its glory? I bet you have. And jhumar is the answer. It's a great place which also serves drinks and has great non veg options on the menu too. I ordered for the very famous rajasthani laal Maas which shouldn't be missed when in udaipur. The views and quick efficient service make it the time of your life. You are sure to live it up here.

The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. They delivered the food at our hotel in the night and even provided us with complimentary dessert, papad, variety of pickle and salad all packed very neatly and carefully. A must visit place to get a variety of traditional and continental food at reasonable prices. The staff was courteous and hospitable.
Best place for special dates. They have got it all - the food, ambiance, music, lakeview, rooftop, dinnertable with rosepetals.

Great food and splendid, friendly service. Went back for lunch the next day as well. Tip- ditch the laal maas and try the junglee maas instead. Outstanding! Our favourite was the unexpectedly succulent and delicious tandoori prawns. We ate plateloads each day
We visited this place in January, my husband's search for the famous laal Maas ended here. Being a local delicacy it was available almost every good restaurant but we wanted to go to the best and this turned out to be great.
The staff was courteous and helpful in suggestions.
I ordered the Sev tamatar sabzi in veg and he went for the laal Maas. Food was delicious
Beautiful restaurant by the Fateh Sagar Lake with super view of the lake. As usual experience as is in most regular Udaipur joints. King-size bills🤣🤣🤣. Service was good and food was tasty. Day time better for views as night can't see lake at all due to lighting absence. Drinks on the menu as well. Ok to go with family. For views only sir down. Top no good views.
Right next to the Fateh Sagar Lake in Udaipur, this is a must visit place for lunch. We ordered authentic Rajasthani cuisine as suggested by the restaurant manager & it was simply delicious. Adding to it was the beauty & calmness of Fateh Sagar Lake which made it an enjoyable & memorable lunch for us.
I wish I could explain what I experienced. but it is important to let everyone know what I felt. The ambience and the view was awesome. The view is what you pay for with the food. The food is exceptionally delicious and yes though costlier but no regret.
Service and the team is well mannered and have very warm hospitality.

This place is great! The view of Fateh Sagar Lake is great. This is more of a desi style restaurant. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, especially Rajasthani Thali & Chicken Tikka, and for their prices it’s pretty much worth it. Be it dinner or lunch you will definitely have a good meal here. This place opens till late in the evening. Highly recommended when in Udaipur.
Great restaurant with a lake view of fateh
sagar . We tried and loved every vegetarian recommended dish . Must have are tandoori aloo (starter) , bajre da roti and methi papad (curry) , paan kulfi to end the meal . Ker sangri and gatte ki sabji were also good . Chaas is also recommended if you take traditional food .

The upstairs deck seating has a great view. The food was very good, one of the best meals I had on my 3 week long trip in India.
We ordered the Rajasthani veg thali and the Rajasthani non veg thali and man o man were we impressed. The quantity, quality and taste were absolutely top notch and the service was courteous and helpful. The individual dishes included in the thali were all beautifully prepared. It was our best dining experience in Udaipur!
