Comfort in Leela palace is exceptional, All staff treat like we are the owner of hotel. Very humble and very helpful. Location is outstanding, first ride in boat and then welcome with all the assistance provided is really great. Breakfast was also great. Hotel is clean and it has various places to take good photographs
Spectacular, across the board
One of the things I noticed, is your staff truly had a 5 star mentality. At the restaurant I ordered a passion fruit and lemonade which the bar didn't have, however they took the initiative to make a similar drink for me - small things like that show that this hotels hospitality is on another level.

Very attentive and friendly staff overall. With the full view of Lake Pichola, the rooms are artfully decorated and luxurious. A pleasant stay and recommended stay place.
It was a great experience i love the staff.They welcome us every greatful, The room is also quite big neat and clean.we can enjoyed a lot with family and this a great place for new married couples.

“The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all touristic places, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Tram, Metro bus stations, all within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walking distance from the sea and the beach. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, they are sold at very cheap prices, everything is great reception welcomed us very understanding helped with our bags very helpful the hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, it is very successful, I recommend it to everyone”
Nice rooms, good food and beautiful location. Access to the property via boat makes the experience quite unique. Service was amazing.
It feels more like a business hotel and not resort.
Everything was good except the pool. Felt like a fish pond. There is a private pool if you use the massage service. The general pool is not well maintained at all.
The Leela ....name itself describes royalty...five to seven star experience.... everything seems to be beautiful inside and outside here....best place for honeymoon vacation...great place for pictures....food is a must try for rajastani savouries.....
Amazing experience. You go for royalty and are treated with royalty at every section of the hotel. Food can be customized if needed which is amazing. The breakfast buffet is stellar. Evening breeze is calm and serene. Dinner at sheesh mahal is great as well.
