Upre... one the top dining places in Udaipur. First of all, if you're going here in peak season. Make sure you get your reservations 10days before. The place is jam-packed. Moving on the the location, it is located right above the Lake Pichola Hotel, with a view to crave for. They have normal seating and then seating on the bedding (Cabana's). The view is mesmerizing. Food quality is also decent. Service is great with everyone carrying a smile around. Must visit place in Udaipur

This is one of the best restaurants to have your dinner with an amazing lake side view, live music, romantic atmosphere, limited tables to serve you better. This restaurant is reasonably priced so you can enjoy your meal. They have parking for 2 wheelers so you wont find any difficulty and also, they have autos standing outside till 12ish so you fan enjoy your time here. HIGHLY SUGGESTED TO HAVE PRIOR BOOKING, as you might not find a LAKE VIEW table or even a table. we had their chicken, egg biryani and bith were nicely cooked. The staff was cooperative and they behaved in a decent manner. Suggest you to have your dinner here.

It is an excellent place, aesthetically pleasing, courteous and prompt service, amazing view of the lake and city palace and finally the food. Must try are the roasted version of laal maas and rabri gulkand.

Since we stayed in Hotel Lake Pichola for 2 nights, our first evening was with Upre & second @ Ambrai. Hence I’m in a better state to answer honest feedback. 1. Upre provides a better feel & food. The view from the top is just mesmerising and seating is also done so well that all guests can equally enjoy this. 2. Food is just so amazing. We ordered veg & non veg both, both were fantabulous 3. Overall service or rather hospitality is an issue in Udaipur. Somehow I feel the staff feels it’s not too important to give guests an ever lasting experience by just smiling and ensuring that extra effort. Both place are at par in this case 4. Pricing is not too high but not too less as well. Experience comes with a cost and it was totally worth 5. Since they allow you in batches of 2 hours only, ours was 7-9pm and there was only songs played in the background which were great but no LIVE performance. But by 9 they had started with LIVE sitar and Tabla which looked great. I wish they had it during our time as well. On the contrary, Ambrai had latest Bollywood songs as LIVE which enhanced the whole ambience. Overall I will still prefer Upre over Ambrai.

Superb place with amazing view and yum food. We went there on long weekend so it's difficult to get a seat, you need to book beforehand. We got the seats somehow and it's so beautiful ❤️ Seating there and having food with lake view and candle light makes the setting so romantic. The food is really tasty and worth every penny spent. Service staffs are so amazing and they will listen to everything patiently and give you best suggestions. If in Udaipur, you should try it once definitely

5 star for all. The Food tried were extremely delicious. Visited Udaipur during the elections, staffs being off duty the service was bit slow yet the food was on table right in 5 minutes are waiting.

Beautiful view. The food is decent. The prices are very affordable for the view it has. The dhungar maas is a speciality. The gulaab jamun with ice cream is so yum. Visit during sunset or dinner for the best ambience. There is usually waiting here, so better to book couple of days in advance. Especially during weekends.

I booked Upre for my Mom and Dad’s 33rd wedding anniversary. Mr. Dilip Singh was kind enough in making all the arrangements including cake, candle light dinner and flower decor. Service Considerations: Service at Upre was polite but could benefit from improvement. The staff appeared to be understaffed, leading to delays in service. While the team was accommodating, a more efficient service approach would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. We had heard a lot about this place when planning the trip to Udaipur. However, like many places which are hyper we were apprehensive going in. And boy, we’re we wrong. It’s important to make reservations before you head to the place. The ambience and the views are fantastic and the food is good. It’s a perfect date night place!

Just visited Upre in Udaipur, and I have to say, it's a real gem of a boutique restaurant. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning - you can see the Ghats of Udaipur and the majestic City Palace from your seat. The ambiance is so beautiful and perfect for a romantic dinner date. However, if you're planning to visit, make sure you pre-book your seats as this place is always packed. I had to book my seats two days in advance, and I'm so glad I did because I would have missed out on such a great experience. The food was delicious, although the portion size was a bit small compared to the price. But the flavors were spot on and tasted heavenly. I would definitely recommend trying the Dal Makhani. The service was also top-notch and the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. All in all, I would highly recommend Upre to anyone who wants to experience fine dining in Udaipur with a breathtaking view. Just make sure to book in advance and be prepared to spend a bit more than usual. It's totally worth it for the stunning rooftop view alone!

Ambience wise it was a beautiful restaurant but prices are high , you won’t be get a table booking easily here as there are having a Pre booking slots. 5 pm to 7 pm and 9 pm to 11 pm. You can book the table on call. Food taste is nice and quantity is also fine.However on rooftop side, tables are too short you can’t even sit and eat properly. And I will give 1 star for the washroom It’s too much smelly and not at all clean.

Five Stars for its location, ambience and view. The food is very costly but its worth the view and ambience you get. I tried starters which were tasty. Please book 2-3 days in advance if you want lake side view as I had booked 3 days in advance.

This place was the highlight of my udaipur trip. We went here for lunch. The staff was so welcoming, the food was fantastic and obviously the view was brilliant. They were very patient with us while we clicked pictures. Served us food and even took us on a tour to show their entire restaurant after. We really enjoyed our time here.
