This wasn't the first time we were visiting here. I liked this place a lot. Their ambience is really cool. But we were very confused like what to order. So we started with starter so we ordered chilli potato, that was delicious 😋 i liked it i would rate 9.5/10.
And they suggested to order chaap but we don't like soya chaap so we didn't order but he so sweet who was taking our than we ordered special amritsari kulcha, we ordered paneer I don't remember which paneer than dal makhani which is must for me and their bucket of naan, in this they served all type of naan what they have. Overall food was awesome
Amritsari chole kulcha their special - 9/10
Paneer -8.5/10
Dal makhani- 7.5/10
Bucket of naan -10/10
And i forgot about raita, I don't like raita that much so 5/10.

Recently visited this outlet in Udaipur. It was hard to find some good Punjabi food in rajasthan but since chef & their entire team from Amritsar made me feel like I'm in Punjab only.
Fascinated by their Quirky names, I tried their Baby Doll Sone di chaap, Tandoori Afghani laattu & Veg Lolipop. Baby doll Sone di chaap became my favorite among all because that was sleek, crispy & delectable. You'll understand my words once you have it. Rest of the starters were also nice.
Later on, tried their Rara Chaap with Chilly Garlic kulcha. And I must say, they took the name quite seriously & they used Dil khol ke Garlic & green chillies. That took spice and taste to some other level. Just loved the kulcha & rara chaap was a gem which I would've lost if I didn't ordered that. Lassi & chaach saved me from those green chillies & balanced the taste quite well. So, don't forget ordering these whenever you order that kulcha.
Ended my meal with their medium sized piping hot Gulab jamun. So delicious they were.
Last but not the least, their service & ambiance were appreciable. Ambiance had so many elements which will make your friends/family gathering more fun & interesting. Staff were nice & humble. I'm definitely going to visit again this place whenever I'm in Udaipur & craving for some good Punjabi food.

I generally avoid going to restaurants that are situated in Hotels as I have had not so good experience in past at such places. But while coming from another place ina rainy evening we stopped here. We previously had fast food & were looking for main course food, so we stoped here.
The place in talk is the restaurant located in Hotel Mehrangarh by the name The Mini Punjab Udaipur . As per the name the place is decorated accordingly with paintings of prominent people from that region as well as art of that place. They serve a variety of things including Soya Chaaps ( which our server told was the best selling category here), then the usual BBQ items & finally their main course food with beverages as well.
We tried
- Aloo De Crispy Chaap
- Chole De Naal Kulche
- Dal Makhani De Naal Kulche
- Paneer De Naal Kulche
Aloo De Crispy Chaap was crisp on exterior & had filling of Potato inside & served with Mayo & Ketchup. It was good in taste, a little bit tangy side. Then came Chole & Kulche it was served with onion chutney. The Kulcha was really good, crisp, loaded with filling & chole was also good balanced in taste & paired with onion chutney which gives it a tangy side. Then came Garlic Kulcha paired with Dal Makhani & onion salad. Kulcha was good like last time but packed with Garlic Flavour. Dal Makhani was creamy & tasty. Then came Paneer Butter Masala with Garlic Kulcha. Paneer was soft, gravy had balanced taste & Kulcha was good.

The one and only place serving authentic chhole kulche in town. I tried their kadhi chawal, tandoori aloo, soya chaap, chhole kulche, lassi and thandi kheer. Everything was made with perfection and tasted heavenly. Specially the kulche were super scrumptious. It had Loads of layers smothered in ghee and it was seasoned with sabut dhaniya and kasuri methi. It was served with authentic style pyaz imli dhaniya chutney, which enhanced the flavors even more. In short maza hi aa gaya. Highly recommended 🤘
Food was absolutely delicious. Mahendra helped me with the menu. I was very confuse what to order. Food serving time is very quick.

I just travelled to Udaipur few days ago & it's a bit difficult to find good food in other city. But I came across this restaurant and I thought for having lunch here.
They have many varieties in chaap & some of them have unique & funny names like baby doll sone di chaap.. Hai na funny & cute?
Ok, so in chaap I tried Veg lollipop, baby doll sone di chaap & Afghani Tandoori laatu.. One thing that was common in these 3 was that they were having filling of soya chunks & I swear I loved all the 3 items.. As chaap is heavy in itself so we requested them to serve less portion as we wanted to try these 3 varieties of chaap.
With this I had Lassi which was served in kulhad glass & it was so creamy & tasty that I totally felt refreshing.. I also tried Masala Chhachh which was too refreshing! I don't know how everything can be so perfect..
Last but not the least I tried their Amritsari Kulche with chole as they specially said me to try! Kulche were stuffed served with butter on top & chole were amazing, thin slices of ginger were enhancing its taste more! There were also chopped onions in a bowl which was called chutney!
Well, beautiful interior with an amazing food made my day.. They also have rooftop where you can enjoy city view & click some good pictures!

I visited this lovely restaurant for the very first time and let me tell you, the place Justifies it's title. The place is really authentic with pictures of Great Sikh warriors and their story that brings us close to the punjabi culture. Now for the food they offer a vast variety of food with such quirky titles out of which I ordered a variety of 4 chaps with such catchy names. The Malai chap had a rich and creamy flavor. The other was the Sunny Leone chap and yes it was really hot like the name suggests but i loved it's taste. The third one was that was delicious as well but the OG was the kurkure chap aka The babydoll it was divine. I never tasted a chap that delectable i enjoyed every bite of it and i ordered buttermilk along with it. It was refreshing. The ambience is welcoming and cordial. The staff is really considerate and their service is quick. The owner is really affable and nice. It was a whole experience for me and i will surely be going their on my cheat days. I totally recommend this place to everyone I like.
