Good food but expensive. It costs Rs.400 with tax included. Very good staffs. I had tried gordhan thal in Ahmedabad. It's too good. Vadodara outlet doesn't match the taste of Ahmedabad outlet. For that price there should be something other items as well. They serve very good basundi. Overall must try n food is better than other thals in Vadodara.

I have visited this earlier also., but as per my experience both the times, I think this place is overated in terms of Price per Dish charged.
I dont find any unique to charge RS.350/- per head for Gujarati Thali.
I have visited almost every restaurant offering Gujarati Thali in Baroda,but I found this highly overated in terms of Taste and products they offer.
Service and Ambience is okay though.
But will avoid visiting this in future.

The restaurant serves two type of thalis. The mini thali which is almost half the price of the regular thali is quite filling and wholesome. The serving in mini thali is also unlimited but for the sweet portions. The food quality is very good. At Rs. 190/- for a mini thali it is paisa vasool. Must try reccomended.

Better to visit in the evening if one wants to eat kichdi, bakhri and rotla. However, we enjoyed the local cuisine very much. A place in itinerary if one is visiting Vadodara. <br/><br/>We had lunch there. The spread was good. Aam ras, dahi puri, akhrot halva were the special dishes. Akhrot halva was really good. <br/><br/>Kids of 7 to 8 years can share food but older kids the full rate. No a la carte.

When you crave for a royal treatment for yourself, this is a place to visit. Authentic Indian/Rajasthani cuisine with lots of love. To elaborate in detail, I got no chance to deduct any of its ratings. Food - 2/2, Service - 2/2, Hygiene - 1.5/2, Ambience - 2/2 and Value for money - 2/2. The only area of opportunity I could find is a bathroom freashner in the washroom. Else everything is an experience of a lifetime.

I had ordered dal baati from gordyan thal..taste was up to the mark..but I was disappointed for the quantity.<br/>As it was written 5 batis in the online description..where as we had received baati in pieces which seem just pieces from 2 baatis.<br/>My suggestion is to give clear description about quantity so that customers can get clear idea before ordering.

We took some out of town people here to experience proper Gujarati food and we were honestly extremely disappointed. Our previous experiences here were amazing but this time, nor was the service that great, neither was the quality of food. I don't know if this was an odd bad day or a genuine slip in quality. I ordered veg fixed thali ....It was awesome....<br/>Delivery boy delivered in just 20 mins .....when I receive the parcel it was so warm and fresh.....<br/>Kachori and anjeer halwa were very tasty and mouth watering....both sabji are spicy ......and daal and rice also good .....and all the things are individually packaged so there are no chance of leakage....over all...it was awesome and pocket friendly.... definitely try...this.....

Worst services and arrogant managers. Food serving sequencing is key in Gujarati Thali and that very basic skill is missing in service staff as well as floor supervisors. Waiting to get second round of servings is worst part of any thali restaurant and these guys are master to kill your appetite.
