2nd experience with proper Gujarati thali... This time it's dinner... Well reputed place... Fine sitting, good ambience & catchy interior... Unlimited dinner... One by one items was arrived to our table... All the items were fine in taste... Service was up to the mark, happy with the management too... Bit expensive... But totally worth place to have Gujarati dish... 😊
Better to visit in the evening if one wants to eat kichdi, bakhri and rotla. However, we enjoyed the local cuisine very much. A place in itinerary if one is visiting Vadodara.
We had lunch there. The spread was good. Aam ras, dahi puri, akhrot halva were the special dishes. Akhrot halva was really good.
Kids of 7 to 8 years can share food but older kids the full rate. No a la carte.

If you're in Vadodara, then do try Gujarati thali at Gordhan thali. Variety of dishes and unlimited servings. All the dishes are good and pricing also not very expensive.

Best place for gujarati thali in Vadodara. I am a frequent visitor of the city and have tried all the thali restaurant there and I found this to be the best in the city.
When you crave for a royal treatment for yourself, this is a place to visit. Authentic Indian/Rajasthani cuisine with lots of love. To elaborate in detail, I got no chance to deduct any of its ratings. Food - 2/2, Service - 2/2, Hygiene - 1.5/2, Ambience - 2/2 and Value for money - 2/2. The only area of opportunity I could find is a bathroom freashner in the washroom. Else everything is an experience of a lifetime.

Service is quick and with a smile.
The taste and the offerings are really unique. What we liked is they offered 'Dal baati' as one of the items which carried really good taste, then 'Capsicum childas'. 'Aam ras' is like the icing on the cake.
Nice clean restaurant, good food and service. Staff is very active . Still need to improve their service. Please add more varieties in your thali. They have already set up high benchmark in Ahmedabad,Not up to mark as compared to Ahmedabad. Overall enjoyed the food and ambiance..

Amazing Food .. Quite expensive compared to the menu but damn sure you can't complain about the taste. Try when you eagerly want to eat Gujarati Thali else you might feel a bit expensive.
