First and foremost, the food at this KFC location is simply delicious. Their fried chicken is a must-try, and it pairs perfectly with a refreshing diet coke. The chicken is well-seasoned, crispy, and juicy. The menu also offers a variety of other chicken dishes and sides that are equally satisfying.😋

The girl at the front register was very friendly and she took my order and made it very quickly. When she handed it to me she asked if I needed sauces or anything. I could tell that she loved her job and that she has alot of good experience with customers. I didn't know the name of my cashier. I just wanted to write a review so that this young lady will know that I appreciated everything and that this was the best customer service I have ever had.

KFC, probably the only outlet in Vadodara. Very well managed. Supportive staff members. During rush hours you may not find seats, Though take away options are available 😂. Very attractive offers and combos. Per head 500 bucks would be enough. I hope you find this review helpful.

1st time visited KFC and was worth it. Ordered Peri-Peri chicken was a bit dry but the overall taste was amazing. The veg zinger was also not bad but who goes KFC for a veg burger. Order time was 7:22, know this cause there was a message that said your order was served in 7:22 minutes and so got a Free piece of chicken. 1st impression well done KFC.

Went to kfc for lunch... the staff was super. Well dressed, with a smile on the face. Ready to help and courteous. Food was good as usual. The Staff Was Amazing Also So cooperative we want Meal for 3 Memeber & The Ladies suggest us ultimate Bucket. It's good option for us also it's served hot nd within a Minute. Great Service I watch in this Restaurant.

I ordered chizza. Earlier it used to be of good quantity but now it is so small. They give it to you in a small box still that thing is half of the box's size. Sometimes even when u order 4 piece tub, it has two normal pieces and other two are small. I don't know how they count it as 4 piece tub. Their quality and quantity levels are going down. The 4 pieces of chizza are of the size of chicken popcorn they offer.

Number one for chicken oder two mingle bucket and soft drink chicken wings was si yummy but boneless chicken was ok ok all over had good experience and staff behavior is good as welll

Doesn&#039;t matter it is 3 items or 10, it will always come leaking in a small boxes.<br/>Well I already have stopped ordering to KFC since last month when spending approx 15000 to 20000 to KFC per year. I also have managed to stop my groups and asked them to stop ordering to their groups. And finally managed to stop at least 60 to 80 customers going or ordering to KFC.<br/>I had been requesting their managers many times to help about their packaging charges and service that we are getting against charges but I think the business they have doesn&#039;t care on received feedback. Last time I ordered and wrote a complaint about packaging they dishonored my order. This was news on Our Vadodara so it certainly can’t be made up. Their standard is simply abysmal. Why do people keep going there?

If you are once a friend of KFC then you become friend forever. Well if you go to KFC store and eat, it will be always mouth watering chicken items, specially their crispy chicken.<br/><br/>But if you order through zomato you will always regret it. They charge you packing charges and always sends you leaking oil boxes. Myself and my husband ordered so many times, instructed so many times about their packaging but they never care. Boxes gets small every time and always leaking. So we decided to stop ordering KFC and chose going for McDonald who are way better than KFC in handling their customers.<br/><br/>We hope someday they realise their mistakes and serve good packaged food to other customers.

Maybe the worst KFC in the country. The service quality is way below average. First they took wrong order and when I tried to rectify them, their attitude is like “it happens, just pay the differential”. Those fools don’t even understand what service is. The entire restaurant is littered. People are leaving their leftovers on the table and there is no one to clean. Recommend not to go....

Like any other kfc, the menu is the same. Big centrally located outlet. Serves the same taste and quality. However coming to the cleanliness and maintaining the outlet, its way below kfc standards elsewhere. <br/>Have been here a multiple times, and have seen the outlet degrade over last few visits.<br/>Team kfc needs to work on that. <br/>

KFC being a giant food chain we never expected that it lacks BASIC SECURITY and very surprised to see beggars roaming inside the restaurant going from table to table asking for money.<br/><br/>The food standards have droped significantly they had no single drink to serve.<br/>Didn't enjoy these so called "LOADED" strips and fries.<br/><br/>I don't know why this place is running in the first place, would never visit again.

Ordered Chicken Popcorn and got Chicken Rice Popcorn Bowl

Taste is not that good. Seems using old stock based on the aroma/smell from the piece, especially from the wings. Moreover they are sometimes reheat/refry the pieces which absorb more oil as bad to eat.

Dont trust they give less quantity then they write on menu. And food was also not good they are cheating in order quantity so before you take confirm it properly

This review is solely based on our experience with the bucket. We were in a mood to have just chicken that day. Hence we ordered a bucket along with some fries and a drink.<br/><br/>We felt that the wings lacked the masala for which KFC is popularly known. They felt quite plain and just after eating a couple of wings, we could not have any further. The drinks and the fries were as per our expectations.

In vadodara currently only 2 KFC outlets, I prefer this KFC because of location.sjop at Central n done in KFC.<br/>Quality is OK , and ambience n location is definately an advantage.staff is supportive .<br/>Definately a go if you love eating chicken.I love chicken popcorn and its rice meal box with popcorn chicken.

Be aware , there chicken is not halal!!! All chicken legs and some pieces you will see blood inside which is very dangerous and can give you bird flu and more diseases. So enjoy finger lickin blood from the basket<br/>
