Beautifully constructed resort in between nature away from city. Loved the atmosphere there. The hospitality is great. All the restaurants have amazing food. Breakfast is great. The rooms are pretty cozy. Loved it.
Luxurious resort project comprising of a 4star hotel like Clubhouse Utopia and row houses on ownership basis. Sports facilities within the gated community. Wide roads very well maintained garden n all utilities. Owners can use the club for their guests or own recreation , party hall, swimming pool etc.

My last visit was in 21st September 2017 in Old Complex. This time , it’s in New Complex. The Old Complex too has been Maintained Very Very Well. Hats Off to Dilipbhai Undhad & his Entire Team. Worth Coming AGAIN.

one of the finest resort in vapi, although there are close to 1000 villas where the one who own the them stay on regular basis. its like a small town which has been created where everythig is available inside . from lavish club house to swanky restaurants and play area and upcoming jain derasar (shikhar bandhi derarasar). the per night charges per room for 2 is 5k which includes breakfast. the rooms are well equipped . Network is pretty low in the area so need to deal with that but once connected to wifi, its seamless . activties like - lawn tennis, bowling alley, play area for kids, games zone , can be availed on paied basis. swimming pool and library is included in the room cost. there is a theatre too where there are afternoon and evening shows. the staff in whole of the resort are warm and very helpful. there are2 large swimming pools one also has a jacuzzi. the best part is only veg food is available in the whole of the resort. a suggestion to to management of resort is we understand you have valet parking services and there is dust settling where car is parked in the designated open space but while check out you should do basic exterior cleaning of the cars . as it look very dirty being in the open parking for a couple of days.

A great property, well maintained. Scrumptious food, best thing - only vegetarian. The buffet spread can make any 5* envious. Staff so attentive and courteous.
