Easily accessible hospital with best doctor's, nursing staff's and good staff. Happy with treatments and attention i get. Almost like a family hospital.
Some suggestion's from my side is
1. Need more parking area.
2. Room numbers to be increased.
3. If possible demolish the old building and construct a new one with even better facilities.
Hospital under sivagiri trust, good service you will get almost all the departments in one place, easily accessible ample parking space neat and clean decently charged easily accessible usually rush will be there till after noon good canteen good service, a gift shop is inside the hospital itself, I think dental and eye departments are on the same premises but in different buildings....
Earlier the facilities and treatment in this hospital was very bad and pathetic, now they improved the facilities and giving better treatment and handling emergency situations very well. The construction of the new building is very big from out side but when we enter the building we can understand that it is very small and construction is not proper.
Sivagiri Sree Narayana Medical Mission Hospital offers Nursing College and is affiliated to University of Kerala and it is managed by Sree Narayana Dharma Sangam Trust. College offers Bachelor of Science in Nursing course (B.SC Nursing and M.Sc Nursing).

Went on a Sunday, 10am with a terrible pain in my ear. I have to admit I dreaded the prospect of a local hospital visit.
Everything went well beyond my expectations.
Prompt registration 50inr.
Consultation cost 200inr. Wait time 5min.
Knowledgeable and friendly doctor quickly diagnosed the problem. (Turned out to be an ear ulcer). Got an in depth explanation of the illness and proposed treatment. Received on site treatment and a set of antibiotics from the pharmacy located just by the entrance. Every drug described with dosage, frequency and a method of application. No paperwork between reception, doctor's office and the pharmacy - everything done online.
From my arrival to exit everything took 30 minutes and 720inr/8eur! (that's registration, consultation, local treatment and all the drugs prescribed)
Honestly, can't think of a better hospital experience I've had so far in my life - all in Europe.
Day later, ear ache is almost gone just have to continue with the antibiotics.

Thanks to Dr Rahul and other staff for quick work: my wife had an injury on the beach and they did a great help to diagnose her and do all the necessary first aid.
Nevertheless, the hospital has some room for improvement like cleaning the canteen.
Locals say that this hospital is mediocre and advise a few other hospitals in Trivandrum if you need a second opinion or advanced diagnostics.
Neat and clean hospital.... Efficient doctors ....Staff behaviour awesome . ...Billing reasonable.......

Good hospital service will get from here. Doctors are cooperative and nursing staffs are excellent. Hospital is working under Sivagiri trust. All departments of medical treatment available. After renovation, direct treatment is more costly and medical insurance schemes will be considered. Treatment results are good. Nursing college and training available.
I was surprised by the systematization of the hospital. All your consultations are recorded in the system, so different doctors can see your recent consultations, diagnosis and medications. Even the pharmacy gets automatically informed about the medicine you need to purchase. And they have a wide range of specialists. For a small town like Varkala this is very impressive. I haven’t seen this even in bigger cities around India where consultations cost is a lot more expensive.. I can definitely recommend any foreigner or local to visit this hospital.
Sivagiri Sree Narayana Mission Hospital Varkala is an excellent hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. Almost medical departments are available. The doctors here are excellent professionals. Medical staffs are good. A little more administration makes them the super in medical field. The hospital is run by Sivagiri madathapy swamis. Hospital area is clean and tidy. The hospital has good parking space. The hospital will give a good look if they do land scape work. They have to make slight arrangement in garden. It will be unique feature if they make a garden. Since they have enough area to make garden.
