Don’t expect it to be a fancy 5 star restaurant BUT the view is gorgeous, the service is wonderful, staffs are nice and friendly, some dishes might take awhile but it is totally worth the time like the fried skin potato with cheese we ordered, the best fried potato in manali. Portion is big, food is good. We also ordered ice tea, most place just searve the lemon ice tea from the can or bottle, here they actually make their own ice tea, sugar free! Very chilling ambiance!

Beautifully located with stunning views across the Manali valley, the Fuji Restaurant is perched a few hundred meters above the valley floor in the village of Vashisht. You can sit inside or out depending on the weather, and eat the most delicious Japanese food that you will find anywhere in India! The freshly caught Himalayan trout is especially recommended, though you will not be disappointed with whatever you eat, and at prices that are extremely affordable, particularly if you compare it to the West.
I cannot recommend the place more highly and they also have a hotel beneath the restaurant, so you can have the luxury of having first class food right on your doorstep!
If you love Japanese food this place is a must go. You will have a home feeling and the terrace sitting is absolutely brilliant with all the view you can have. Don't expect for a quick service though but it will delicious when gets served.
