The lunch experience at “Red Bowl” was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Ankita's warm greeting set the tone for a delightful meal. Hotel is beautiful. Services from front office is very nice. We will love to come back again. Food is good. Pool side the view is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious. Check in was very smooth from the reception down below. All our guests were happy. Check out was very smooth

We feel relaxed at every minute when we're at the hotel. Everything was perfect: the housekeeping, the food, the beach view rooms. We had an access to the premium lounge and the food was delicious. Hotel is very well maintained and cleaning wise everything perfect and rooms are tidy with large bed.

Excellent room and location. The rooms have a great sea view and the staff is very cooperative. Revathi from the housekeeping was very helpful and prompt in her service.

Great place to stay in Vizag with access to Varun beach. Staff is friendly and helping. The only thing that I could rate down is food. The in-room dining options are extremely expensive (450 bucks for a naan is not acceptable) and breakfast becomes really crowded by 830. Could do a lot better at the time of checkin.

We visited vizag for a short trip. One of our lunch we decided to have in Novotel. We wanted to eat ala carte so our option was Zaffran. This is an Indian restaurant. We had fantastic service and experience. The food was delicious. All the items ordered were just perfect. We were served by Highland (our server) and he was very helpful and polite. Overall we had a great lunch experience.

Dinner at Zaffran was excellent. Semantika's behaviour with her presentation was very good and highly appreciated. Other staffs are also very friendly. Quality and test of food was marvalous.
