The staff outside like the one who deposit the cash and all are below average and rude. But the sole reason for high rating is the new Branch Manager. He is very co-operative and concerned. I found him much better than even private banks manager. Earlier Mam (Branch Manager) was totally opposite of him. Update - 27 July 2022- Whole bank staff is now efficient and up to mark. They have improved.

SBI always good and upgrading itself for competitive banking. Token system also there for customers. Staff is good as usual as govt employees.
