Mumtaz cafe is amazing! Fareed the head chef is a top boy! He can rustle up everything off the menu in a flash. All ingredients are fresh and his curry is just as good as his Chinese and continental dishes! I've eaten most things off the menu, the daal and crepes are spot on! Ginger, honey and lemon tea here is also a must! Mumtaz cafe sits on a rooftop overlooking the Taj Mahal, perfect for a summers day or to chill out with a chai after a long day visiting the sites.
Such a nice place in Agra, very closed to Taj Mahal, we really enjoyed having our delicious breakfasts and dinners, cooked by Khan, the young "chef" of this restaurant.
Cheap, clean, and...so delightful ! A very good adress, and the smile is always at the menu :-) Very helpful people, too ! Looking forward going back there, asap !

Had a cracking stay here! Prices were very cheap considering the service you receive is really good, they will do all they can to help you. Would stay here again!

A luxurious hotel. Marble floors and antique display items and vintage bathroom fittings and crockery, etc,will make you feel that you are king or queen.
My stay was pleasant, I had my dinner in the peshawari restaurant. The food like Masurdal, roti, kulfi falooda, and other Paneer starters, etc, are really good. Overall service was good. I will visit again for a longer stay to experience more.

Excellent location, decor and wonderful food options. Breakfast was extremely generous. Gardens and pools are magnificent, though in August it was too hot to be out except in the shadow.
The lndian cuisine restaurant was delicious though prices were ridiculously high. Cocktails served at the bar were frankly disastrous, disregarding basic principles of cocktail preparation, such as ingredients and cooling rather than jamming with ice ;)
Staff were exquisite and helpful, and compensated with more cocktails alas!

In one of India's historical hotel is located a beautiful lobby bar. we stopped here for a short break during our journey to Bharatpur. The bar is very cool with a nice ambience and live music.
It's not very big as it's a lobby bar but has very comfortable seats and fast service.
Their menu offers all kinds of cocktails and drinks with some quick bites.
We had a great time while listening to live music and having our drinks.
The ITC Mughal is an award winning architectural hotel located very close to Taj.

The lobby level bar of ITC Mughal is open to outside guests also. Try this for excellent ambiance and service. Good selection is available here. The choice for snacks is available.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. Mr Saurabh, remembered our preferences and made the evening wonderful.
