One of best places in Ahmedabad to sample regional delicacies in a thali, especially if you are a Vegan. The menu was simple with 2 options of Thali to choose from- Gujarati & Kathiyawadi. The restaurant serves vegetarian but understood when I told them 2 of us were vegan & happily customised our thali to be vegan friendly. The food was rustic & flavorful. The service was exceptional. The restaurant is a decent size, not too big, not small either & wasn't full when we visited. Do call & check before to avoid rush hour.
This is a great place if you would like to try Gujrati or Kathiawadi veg thali. Kathiawadi thali is bit spicy than Gujrati thali.
The ambience of this place is decent to cater to the traditional food. Attendants were pleasant with the traditional clothes. They would come to provide second serving before you call them. True hospitality.
The thali had a number of dishes and the taste was superb. Must try place in Ahmedabad.
We ordered a Gujarati thali & a Farali thali here for lunch. Everything was unlimited. Food was insanely delicious & all the flavours were top notch. The service & hygiene was too good. I would definitely definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Hunting for authentic Gujarati Thali landed us to this place in Ahemadabad.
Gopi Dining served one of the most authentic Thali that we were craving for. It looked like we went a bit early for lunch, because by the time we finished our lunch the entire hall was full and people were waiting outside to get in.
We settled for a limited thali out of their various royal thali’s.
The limited thali too was served very generously. Started with some nice Poha Papad, the real thali arrived after 7 minutes. Great items popped out of each bowl, wanting us to finish them.
Lot of chapatis, bhakaris, theplas and puris were served. People serving wore traditional costumes to enhance the authenticity touch.
They were graceful, polite and humble. Must visit I say.
Excellent place to have authentic Gujrati Thali... The food was tasty and the people serving were very friendly and pushy to eat more.. loved their kadi & chaas ... Avoided basundi & jalebi though they were hot and inviting.. service is very quick and they keep replenishing things. Price is okay.
It was a great experience at this place. Firstly place is so peaceful and soft music makes it more of nice place. I think Best Gujrati thali in ahmedabad. Hospitality was so good, they serve you like they are serving there own family guest. Mango juice was awesome.

Good wholesome Gujarati thali, a must visit if you are in Ahmedabad. What makes this special is the wonderful heartfelt service. You can choose between different types of thali. Whatever you choose is a gastronomical delight.
