Nice food!! Sweets and farsan are plus points..unlimited Gujarati thali for 300..veggies r not so tasty..everything else is worth visiting
Atithi is a very famous gujarati thali joint operating at bodakdev . Visited it's C G Road branch recently.
Ambience better and with spacious tables than other similar places including the bodakdev branch. Waiting managed well even on one of the busiest day - new year day.
Food quality and neat fresh preparation has been a forte of Atithi and this has been maintained here as well. Thali consists of 2 sweets , 3 farsan , 4 veg , dal-kadhi , roti-puri , salad , rice , buttermilk. All things having good taste .
Service was not upto the mark . Need to call waiters , take care literally while they serve liquid sweet or dal that it doesn't get mixed with others while the waiter takes back the serving spoon . Though the captains were moving around to call the waiter with desired thing but service needs some improvement.
Overall good place for a gujarati thali on C G Road , which was actually lacking . Enjoy the food. !!
Ahmadabad is the place for foodies , this place offers you typical Guj thali , food was good if not excellent, nice service and polite staff.

It's the place for gujrati thali. I went there alone , staffs were so welcoming and they greet you with smile and food is very good.
I took more than an hour to have. I went there early by 8 so no much crowd. Every dish was worth tasting.

Good Gujarati Thali and affordable. Everything is sweet as very typical of Gujarat food.. so don't expect food to spicy and mirchi wala.

They have one notebook filled with water color painting. It was really awesome piece of art. If you are visiting this place ask for it. It cost around 750 (that's wat they said)
