McDonald outlet located near vijay cross roads is one of the busiest outlets in the city. It has all standard facilities and is a lively place. This place attracts lot of young crowd and the ambience is bright. The seating arrangement is good and parking facility is available. It serves food till latenight and is a fun place to enjoy.

A few days back I had a terrible experience with this outlet, but McDonalds once again proved that it is the king of all food chains.
So, the man at billing counter of this outlet conveyed me the false information that 'App offers are not redeemable here' which put me into confusion and made me feel upset.
This lead me to posting a brutally honest review about this outlet on Google.
The McDonalds staff responded to it quickly, drafted me a thread of emails, asked for my contant number, connected with me via a call and apologized for their created blunder.
In addition, the operations manager namer 'Suraj' at this outlet gave me a pack of 9-nuggets for free, to fix the mess created.
This made me respect their dedication and their principles that make McDonalds a customer centric food chain.
I appreciate the cooperation from the staff and their focus towards customers' happiness. I believe in McDonalds exceptional services and I know that they won't let even a single customer, ever feel demoralized or unhappy.

The best place to visit in entire Ahmedabad. I personally love the location of this McDonald. Environment is great and especially recommend to visit at night. You won't be regret
