Name did not prepare me for the quality of ambience here. I went there; not expecting much but lo behold! The ambience was just perfect. I have added some pictures to go and you can decide for yourself.
The items we ordered (once we had enough of our pictures taken):
1. Kaju dal bati
2. Veg. Kaju pulao
However even though the ambience oozed of authenticity, the food did not so much. The dal was crushed too fine, with little to no tadka. The pulao on the other hand was just fantastic.
During our last visit to Ahmedabad, we happened to visit this lovely place. After getting bored of eating regular Panjabi/Gujarati/South Indian/Fast Food, we started hunting for something different to eat and our hunting had ended here.
The moment we entered inside, I was totally mesmerised by it’s beautiful ambience. Everything was different from decor, lighting, sitting arrangements, food menu, to style of serving food. It literally looks like a small Rajasthani Dhani. If going in a group, make sure to book in advance as there’s a limited sitting area.
Now about food. Along with the authentic Rajasthani food, they serves other Northern Indian food too. Don't get tricked by the name Jain, they serve all items prepared with Onion and Garlic too. We ordered regular Daal Bati, which they serve with attractive platter of different chutneys, which enhances the taste of the food. Must try one!
Dal bati is fab, just home wali feeling paheli bite main, butter loaded bati, and churma , thats it.

I guess, This is my 4th Visit. I tried almost all types of bati like Jain Bati, Regular Bati, Lasaniya Bati, Kaju Bati. I loved all of them.
This time, we ordered Regular Bati, Lasaniya Bati, Cheese Roasted Papad.
Cheese Roasted Papad having lesser cheese (as you see in pic), you hardly get taste of it. Avoid it.
They have amazing Churma options but unfortunately, we didn't try this time.

Amazing taste of Rajasthani food definitely a try. The ambience will give additional feels to you. Different varieties of chutneys are addition to them.

Finally a pocket friendly and authentic Rajasthani place in Prahlad nagar. The ambience is very decent & lively. We have ordered regular & lasaniya dal bati, both of the items were great in teste and the service was very prompt. The staff is very friendly and well behaving.
The price if every dish is very affordable which is really rare in that locality.
A must visit place for family as well as date if you're looking for good dal bati.

As the name suggests dal bati but it was not that good or you can say not that worth the price the panner bhurji and roti was much better and also kaju churma which we ordered was pretty good as it was made from gud and not sugar, but it's a bit costly as per the atmosphere as we were 3 and bill was of 1055! I would recommend it only if you want to go to such hi-fi places. It's good for a one time visit.

They have 4 types of chutney (onion chutney, tomato chutney, and bottle gourd chutney, cabbage chutney), two types of garlic paste, and two types of salad.
Food quality is good, and the taste is fantastic.
The service is excellent, and the staff is courteous and cooperative.
The price is slightly higher than the other's.
The cleanliness and hygiene are excellent.
There is plenty of parking and a sitting area.
UPI and card payments are also accepted.
If anyone is looking a place for particular dish dal batti taste in Ahmedabad other than highway side dhabha then this is the place you want to visit.
They serve one of the finest taste of dal batti and churma, taste of food just like you are in rajasthan. Also the ambience adds up to the food.
Prices are reasonable according to the place and food. One might face a problem for parking on a busy day. The staff is friendly and respectful

A wide range of dal baatis and churma. Dal baati lovers can try Kaju dal baati... The baati itself comes with kaju..!! That seemed to be people's favourite.
They do have a menu for non - dal baati lovers. Apparently, roti sabzi have an authentic Punjabi taste too..

Want to eat Dal bati?? you must go to JAIN DAL BATI. I went there so many times as I am a Dal bati fan. It's so much testy and you will find so many types of Dal bati. Service and ambience is class. Important thing is that the price is normal. It's affordable and you will surely enjoy idal bati.
I didn't tried any other food like Punjabi and soup and desert. I just tried different different Dal bati and so far, all which I tried are excellent.
Rajasthan is famous for 2 things 1st is food specially Dal Bati and 2nd is historical places.
If you get same taste of Dal Bati in Ahmedabad Gujarat then it is nothing like that we can say it is like the cherry on the cake moment.
If you are fond of Dal Bati with have an authentic taste they you should just give it a try and I can assure you that you will never say no to visit again and again provided you being in love with A Dal bati.
Food is really good here. If you want to experience rajasthani dal bati choorma,this is the place you come. Ambience and internal decoration is quite unique and commemorative of Rajputana style. Apart from dal bati choorma you can also have indian punjabi dishes here.
Wonderful taste as original as Kherwa, if you love spicy food you must try "LASANIYA DAL BATTI". Regular Dal batti is also having unique taste. Only this don't try other than dal batti here.
