Janta icecream is very good brand name. quality of ice cream is very good. badam pista Kesar and roasted almonds tasted all flavours. coco milk is very good.
There were some problems only ice cream could fix.Janta ice cream serves very good quality at reasonable price. They also serve snackes like vada paav, dabeli etc.

Janta has been one of favorite late night coffee shops over the years, now with many outlets around the town. I like this one in particular because of the nice location right opposite to vastrapur lake ... with a lot of sitting space outside with tables and chairs nicely laid out.
Once you are here "cold-coco" and it's various combinations with chocolate, chocolate chips and ice-creams are a must-have. It has a uniquely thick coco, very rich in taste (though the richness has decreased over the years - one has to agree to that).
Apart from this the place has many ice-cream and snacks options as well - haven't had a chance to try them so far. But love the place for it's cold coco above everything else.
Have been visiting Janta since a really long time. All the outlets had recently started serving coco in small plastic glasses ( A bit smaller than those used 4-5 years back). Luckily i found this outlet in vastrapur where they still serve in bigger glasses at the same price.
Have been their customer since long.. Economical place and one can get pure handmade ice creams.. Old is gold flavours.. Sufficient place but staff is very co-operative..
If I'm not mistaken, this is the only Shree Janta Icecream shoppe in ahmedabad which serves a whole lot of food items apart from their regular ice creams.
Located exactly opposite vastrapur lake, this place is easily visible. The table arrangements are not quite good. On hygiene level, the place is a 3 on 5.
Staff is un trained. But covering this all up, this place serves the best ice creams.
I had been a regular since many years, and there's never a change in the quality.
Choco chip and rajbhog is my all time favourite. Even their cold cocoa with chocolate is a must try.
Apart from all these, they also serve dabelis, vada pavs, sandwiches, lassi, faludas, puffs and many other food items. Still to try them wen i get a chance.
For now its a 4 on 5 experience.

Okay fast food and ice cream. Ice cream should be try on bulk orders like Birthday party, wedding function and all. They gave service to deliver at home or function place.
Its 3 in 1 coco is best. I don't recommend it for fast food.
