Hidden Gem for authentic Amritsari Food.
We tried Paneer tikka, Paneer Garlic, Cheese Garlic and Mix Veg Kulcha and all of them were beyond our expectations. After many years we found such an amazing Tandoori Joint offering such variations.
Positives: Hot Aloo Kulchas along with Imli chutney & Chole were just too yummy. Gobbeled quickly. The taste was pretty authentic.
I've recently visited Haanji Amritsari Kulcha and had wonderful experience. The place with amritsari vibe. They've wrote lines on walls in Punjabi was so cute. The owner if this place is very humble and soft spoken man.
They serve amazing authentic kulchas with a bowl of chhole and imli-onion chutney. Trust me they serve yummiest kulchas.
In their menu they serve various kind of toasts. I loved all the cheesy toasts.

The crispy Amritsari delight, a stuffed Kulchas are the best gift to Ahmedabadi food lovers!!
๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ท๐ถ ๐๐บ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ ๐๐๐น๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ located in the Thaltej area of Ahmedabad has more other two branches one in Vastrapur and the other in the Maninagar areas is a place that is known for its crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside Amritsari Kulcha. I visited the Thaltej branch.
The restaurant is a small outlet having 24 + 6 sitting arrangements with a colorful decor of Punjabi cultural charts which gives the feeling of something that has been native to Punjab as the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Ravi Arora Amritsari Kulcha with his wife Ritu Arora belongs from Amritsar. Owners are associated with the educational field, Punjabi by heart and foodie by nature, they launched their first outlet of Haanji Amritsari kulcha, six months ago, and maintaining their comforting and delicious flavor of Kulchas they made their way into the hearts of the people of Ahmedabadis and successfully started more two branches.
Asking to the owners of outlet about the response they receive after opening Hannji Amritsari Kulcha in Ahmedabad, they says that "The response to the dish has been phenomenal. We had received more takeaway orders specifically asking for our Chole Kulche combo during covid times but now people do visit us and relish the authentic taste of kulchas. Kulchas are to Amritsar what croissants are to Paris. These kulchas are to be a kind of layered thick roti made with a mixture of maida (specially bought from Amritsar) and wheat flour. Our kulchas rely more on freshness, quality of ingredients rather than masalas, and complicated recipes. It has its freshness of sesame seeds, cumin seeds, Kasuri methi, coriander, etc. You will love the kulcha here because we take care of all the ingredients used in our dishes and try to serve the best quality to the visitors"
Interestingly enough, the place boasts of a menu with six types of kulchas. They make a special seven-layered kulcha stuffed with potatoes, cauliflower, paneer, mix veg, onion, and cheese; serve it piping hot, crisp, thin, and flaky with a generous dollop of Amul butter already melting, a bowl of hot, spiceless (I customized it), deliciously Choley and onions tangy chutney. A meal canโt get heartier than that, and you have the option of washing it down with a hot cup of Amritsari, strong tea (made with Indian kitchen spices like fennel seeds, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, star anise, almond, cashew, pistachios, etc) or a glass of thick, frothy lassi. This kulcha is probably one of the few dishes loved by all because it has its sound, the crispy crunch. Fortunately, on the otherwise kulcha menu they serve Sandwiches, Toasties & Biriyani also hot favorites. Prices are low and a meal for two can be wrapped up in under Rs.400./-
If you are looking for a traditional Punjabi bite in Ahmedabad then you are at the right place. All of this and more makes my entire experience like a mini-trip to Punjab.

So, I visited this new place opened near Zydus hospital, ahmedabad.
I visited because I wanted to try the punjabi famous fish called CHOLE-KULCHE.
And it was super yumm

There were different types of KULCHA'S available like cheese stuffed, paneer stuffed, aloo stuffed , etc and many more.
They also consist of SIDER'S which includes GARLIC BREAD, Panneer chilli , etc.
