All the dishes ordered were well served and had good aroma and taste... Food was served hot and within the expected time... A little expensive than the other restaurants in the area but worth it.
Car parking is an issue: limited car parking space inside and car key to be given to the security there.

A fine dining setup in a small place like Allepey is difficult to find, but here's BayRoute. The place is highly crowded during weekends with a wait time of approx 30 mins.
But I would say it is worth the wait, when you are craving for some delicious food.
We ordered sizzling brownie with ice cream, garlic naan, Kerala parota, tandoori roti, amritsari kulcha, jeera rice, hariyali paneer, crispy veg, tomato soup, hot and sour soup.
Veg selection was great and the taste was awesome.

You know the place is truly special when it becomes the highlight of the whole trip! BAYROUTE BISTRO provides one such delightful culinary experience that keeps you coming back for more! The sheer variety of delicacies and drinks available on the menu is astounding. And then to top it, each of the items we ordered (and we ordered a bucket load of things!!) was top notch quality, fabulously presented and were a treat for taste buds!! The dinner we had from this restaurant was very good. Not only the delicious food but also the different taste and the varieties .Neat and good ambience .Menu impressed us a lot. We would like to visit the restaurant again and want to taste all the different dishes on the menu

The food was good and of good quality. The atmosphere was good in class. Except for the one, other staff members did perform good behaviour. The one I mentioned sounds a bit rude like she is having a tough time, but it's fine. The brownie in sizzler is worth the hype. They put the beetroot on the bottom to not let the brownie burn but the flavour of beetroot came at last on the chocolate syrup (it's adjustable). The mixed fried rice and mixed noodles was also good, the prawns and chicken they used in it cooked in a well manner and tasted the good quality soya sauce in it also. The porotta and roce pathiri were so soft and fluffy. Didn't makes me a fan of their sheik Kabab, got an over taste of coriander. The tikka was good, the flavour of masalas and butter blended inside the flesh. The curry items felt average for me. Also the pudina chutney (mint chutney) was also average. The menu was detailed.
It's a good spot to visit for dinner with family. The waiting time was a bit higher while we visited during the busy hour.
