I stayed here for a couple of days for a wedding; The rooms are big and luxurious. Nice ambience and looks grand with all the setup. Staff is courteous with prompt service.
They have a good restaurant, we had complimentary breakfast and the options where enough.
One of our functions was pool-side, which is really nice, with a proper DJ setup;
The parking is small, but that is taken care by the valet service.
Overall I liked the hotel, Me and my family enjoyed our stay.
Nice feeling due to front desk behaviour.

Rooms were quite spacious and had all the basic amenities. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Located in Civil lines on the main road and has sufficient car parking space. It has a gym and a swimming pool as well. Overall I had a pleasant experience.
Good pool, service and amazing food. We checked in around 1045am. Although breakfast was over and lunch was being prepared, we were given idli and sandwiches to eat comfortably.
I come since 6 years in this hotel and it is always a joy. At reception, the staff are very professional, kind and helpfull in many ways : flight problems, medical problem, transport etc... They find solutions !
Travelling from France alone as woman, I deeply appreciate this security .
All staff are also very kind and discrete . The swimming pool is very pleasant, flowered, clean and you can really swim ! And very good restaurant with great breakfast.
The hotel is decent and comfortable. The food was great and the staff was very courteous especially Urvesh, who attended us. He made some great food order suggestions. Overall very happy with our stay here.

We have recently visited Prayagraj and stayed at Grand Continental.
The location of the hotel is prime, our Check in was smooth Mr. Ashish Verma is a true gentleman, he gave us early check in and ensure our trip remains pleasant.
We did breakfast the buffet was absolute perfect. Having jalebi was cherry on the cake.
While check-out there was some confusion related to billing, there also Mr Ashish Verma stepped in as a true leader and cleared the dust and gave us a smooth check out too.
