Wow, 110 years old. This place must have seen so much history. To put things in perspective this place was there before the Jalianwala Bagh Massacre happened. This restaurant still has the old Amritsar vibe when everything around it has been polished and made tourist friendliness in the Heritage walk. Not much has changed inside since I visited the place 12 years back but the outside has changed a lot. The food is still good. Ordered chole Puri, mixed kulche, aloo kulche and lassi. Lassi was good and still served in the tall glass. Liked poori sabzi the best. Kulche was okay. One thing I did not like is instead of real butter they serve the lite margarine butter. Was disappointed seeing that. But apart from that the place is still the same. There is a space crunch but it's part of the overall charm of the place. Will visit again when we will be in town.
Amazing food i had ordered Mix kulche & chole it tasted yummmmmmmyyy, you should definitely try their lassi it was Awesome.
Prices are also very pocket friendly.

The shop is good for Chloe dishes like samose chole, Chole kulche at very reasonable price.
Do try Kulcha it’s worth it as well as Samosa.

Delicious Puri Chole. Sweets is pure and fresh. I like to have sweets from Khubi on all occasions. Everyone should try once. Surely nobody get disappointed.
Food was delicious, more than that I will share my experiencr of what a honest and gentlemen hotel owner and staff is. I wanted to try Amritsar kulcha and so near by shops suggested ke this place I was carrying a hand bag, which I forgot on store and came back home, next day when I started searching for bag it came to mind that I forgot my bag at this Resturant. So I googled and got his number, owner was travelling he told let me check at store and call you back. I never thought I would get call back, but this honest man and will his lovely honest staff returned call and made sure my bag is couriered to me. Incredible experience: not sure where else in this world would some one return som bodies lost stuff back with so much sincerity and kindness. If I travel back some day would love to visit this place again…
Want a quick grub before heading out to the market? This is the place worth searching for. A little congested but hey, it's got that Desi Punjabi vibes with the crowd. All worth it.
Amritsari Chhole Kulche is absolutely delicious here, it's a must try.
