Beautifully managed. Well behaved & fully cooperative staff. Though some of the staff members would say "Yes Sir" not fully understanding what did u mean. U need to ask them what did they understood If u speak any other language than Punjabi. Restaurant was serving just a few items while displaying numerous options (may b due to covid impact on business).

Ambience is good. Staff is extremely co operative. The quality of food served is really very good. Rooms are spacious. They have different place for dining area just outside the hotel premises. Lack of parking space. (Underground parking available but not proper). Overall a better experience.

Experience of staying is very good, staff is very cooperative but breakfast needs to be improved as the variety almost remains the same. Rest everything is o.k.

Good for stay but don't prefer their meal. Punjab is famous for kulcha paratha and heavy grevy and they don't include in single meal of the day.

Situated on the road of Amritsar. Busy street but you won't get toiletries around need to walk for 10mins. Secondly on the very opposite side there is a food corner were you can get breakfast. Narula restaurant is also an option for breakfast and dinner
