The Kulchas are really tasty it is the one of the best Kulcha corner in amritsar. You have to wait for a long time and you have to wait for more than half an hour or one hour on weekends so if you want to have you have to go early.
Popularity has no Limit of( Banda.) Face expression of bands is good rather than others Kulcha owners. But parallel taste of bands many in city.

Yummy & crispy, one of the best kulchawala in Amritsar but sitting arrangement is not so good. It ll b Best if you take away, otherwise u ll feel Very uncomfortable sitting and having kulcha in d Smokey environment.
Ambrosia in Amritsar.
Amritsar is known for it rich food and culture. However this place takes the crown jewel. This small family run business is operational for the last 100 years. You need to taste here to understand why.
- Very authentic tandoori kulcha stuffed with potatoes, onions, spinach, lots of other things including the most important one "love".
- Very consistent in food taste and quality. Eating there for almost a decade now whenever I am in the city.
- Order a double butter kulcha and I bet it might be the best vegetarian food you ever had.
Some issues though
- Its located inside the old city. So getting there could be a nightmare considering the bad traffic.
- Parking would be equally tough even for a 2 wheeler vehicle.
- Its a oven cuisine (which takes time to cook) and a very popular place among locals. On a holiday, expect delayed service with big crowds.
For me the pros outweigh the cons. That is why why I love this place.

This place offers aloo wala kulcha and I must admit the kulcha is quite tasty . However, it is not the best in the business as I'm a regular kulcha junkie I can suggest some good alternatives in Amritsar

Soft and crunchy. Old famous kulcha shop. Owner name harbans himself prepare all the stuff . Shop start surving kukcha from 9.30 am to 2pm. Kukcha with amul butter @30/- and kulcha with nutrilite butter@25/-. You have to wait for 30 to 45minutes to get your turn. If you want to enjoy best kulcha then come to this place.
Best kulcha....and i am fan of worker LAALI.Although he is very good in nature but sometimes he becomes over agressive due to work load especially at weekends.
