The place had a calm and soothing ambience...went there for lunch ....
The staffing was low... clearly a post-covid impact!!
There was one server available ...but he was incredibly good!! ...he took good care of us ...was polite and understanding...he knew exactly what i wanted. ....gave good suggestions as per my taste...
Tried soup here ....it was good...
The chicken achari tikka was best for me....
Biryani was not that good...the chicken in biryani was a bit dry ....no salan served. ...
The drink however, i don't know what it was ..made by the server himself was great and very refreshing ☺️🙂
P.s.: i didn't like the parking space here...🙄
The best highlight about our stay at courtyard by marriott, amritsar, was the breakfast at amritsar kitchen. The chef who makes pancakes(mr.ashish probably), went out of his way to provide us eggfree pancakes and waffles! Also, the live counter chef was happy to make dosas as per our liking. The chefs are very courteous and take good care of your requirements provided they are well informed in advance 🙂
I must say they know how to take care of the customers with utmost priority. Chef Anirudh took personal care of our table, and Chef Sarwarjot Singh served us his special Amritsari Kulchas, the taste of which you can't match with anywhere in Amritsar. Chef Vikram, Shashi and Arjun served us their best delicacies.
Ms.Kanupriya, Mr. Shivam and Mr. Rupesh served our table with a big happy smile. Highly recommend you to try it out whenever you visit Amritsar.
