Loved this pizza place and am so happy that we went there. When I was searching for nearby restaurant options on Google, I chanced upon this place and the pictures of the pizza looked so good. I am not a pizza lover perse coz I don't like the extra cheesy pizzas. But I love the authentic Italian pizzas and this place had just that.
There were around 5-6 vegetarian pizza options and we ordered two of them - margarita and another on which has mushroom topping as an option (I don't remember the exact name). Both were really good, light on the stomach and literally melted in your mouth.
We went at 4pm so the place was empty but the staff was really hospitable.
Good service, good ambience and awesome pizzas!!!
My niece wanted to go there again the very next day. 😛

Last night, we visited Melt Pizzabar in Anjuna for a quick bite and tried some of their pizzas. 🍕
Though they don’t have an extensive menu, the taste and the quality of their pizzas speak volumes! 🤩
The base made from Sourdough, it was light and airy but also crispy and soft at the same time! 🫶🏻
We tried their Mushroom Garden ( (Champignon Mushrooms Tossed in Butter and Wine Onions, Peppers, Scallions, mozzarella) and Zorba the Greek pizzas (Seasoned crema, Olives, Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Rucola, Confit tomatoes,
Ricotta and Mozzarella) 🤤
They also had great coffees, we tried their Cafe Latte to go along with our pizza.
Everything tasted really good and we had a great time there 🥰

Really great, authentic Neapolitan style pizza, hand tossed and baked right in front of you in a wood fired oven. The way its supposed to be!
You can quickly tell that they're using quality ingredients and toppings. Melt also has a chill vibe, spaced out tables and all outdoor seating which is great for the times we live in.

It was good, would have been better if the place was slightly happening. It was quite dark and dingy. The pizza was good, especially the crust, the sauce could have been better. Sweet people though.
One of the hidden gem. We had ginger breads there it was very good with their home made ketchup. They gave me a dessert as a sample which was a very kind gesture, the dessert contains a apple ice cream and chocolate cake . The chocolate cake was top notch which was baked on the same time when we were there. Thick top and bottom with spongy middle which was hot and it waasss soo good.. thanks
Melt is one of those rare Goa places that's just an oasis of calm, while having great food and drinks. I recommend their infused gins (red capsicum is my favourite). The guava margherita is brilliant too.
They user original prosciutto and seem to grow a lot of their veggies. The foccaccia meatballs were great too. The table olive oil seemed to be a bit stale (smelled musty) but that's not a big issue.
I noticed a slight decline in the amount of prosciutto on the pizza on this visit compared to previous visits, but this actually enhances the taste, as its more balanced now.
I would definitely recommend Melt for a special date night or a night out with special people. Its a bit pricy but totally worth it.
