The Palms is a place to go in Goa if you're looking to enjoy the environment and for a subtle taste, variety of food while not worrying about its quality. We were greeted well by Mr. Vikas whom have offered us a great service and a good discount on the overall bill, if you go after reading this review do remind him of us and I hope he treats you the same. They offer a buffet and a-la-carte menu, both with quite a few tasteful options. I've opted for dinner buffet where we were offered the following - 1. Chaat counter 2. Bread and soup counter 3.2 veg preparation with 2 seperate dal 4.Veg biriyani ( it was named something else though) 5. Sweets counter having pastry, fruit crumble and kheer 6. Ice cream counter with jellies and syrups to suit your tastebuds. 7. Pasta and baked vegetable counter with seasonings. 8. Bread and hummus counter 9.salad counter with fresh fruits It was also having 2 nonveg options, since I haven't tried them can't say much about it. The best part was dry powder of almost 7-8 types with 3-4 pickle option, all of which was just amazing, a must try. The bread(naan/roti) was served right on your order and that checked the issue of cold rotis spoiling a continuity of eating, a big requirement when the food is tasty. The dal, both of them was delicious, one being the tadka and other being spiced and having good amount of garlic was the one we preferred since it is the taste we're familiar with, coupled that with the steam rice and there you have your homely comfort food the dal-chawal. All in all a must visit if you want to have an upscale highlight to your Goa trip or if budget is not your concern but the food is, or just to have a good romantic evening with your loved ones. Price- **** Taste-**** Ambience-***** P.S.- The charge for dinner buffet was 1000₹ per person + taxes extra.

While staying in Radisson Candolim the breakfast was complimentary. Fabulous and elaborate menu will give you a vibe. Continental- Indian mixed breakfast menu. Varieties of desserts is an added advantage here, live waffle counters also available.
