Piccola Roma is one of the best Italian restaurants in calangute goa.
The only thing which distinguishes this place from others is their unique wood fired pizzas and pastas with true Italian flavors. Service is fast and you get to see the pizza being made right in front of your eyes which is very interesting and an amazing experience altogether. The pizzas are completely different from the ones you get anywhere else. Ambience of the place is also very calm and pleasant with cozy and comfortable seating arrangements. Absolutely loved this place.

The food is amazing. The wood fired oven Pizza is very delicious. They have a wide variety in the menu. Definitely worth a visit.. Pasta was a bit under spiced.

Unfussy comfortable space, always a good meal here. The pizzas are very fresh and brick oven made in minutes but their meat quality is better than most of what I've had around Goa. Cured gently and aged well the hams just fall apart at their fibers. Excellent bread too, the salami platter is my favorite. In general the antipasto / salads and appetizers are fantastic I could fill up on those.
Just 5 minutes away from the beach, Piccola Roma is the place to be if you love Italian cuisine. They have an amazing variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I had a refreshing blueberry mojito and got to try the gnocchi in butter sage sauce. The gnocchi was soft and just perfect. A wonderful place if you want to go away from the hustle of Calangute market and have a quick bite before visiting the beach.
This pizzeria has a lovely menu with lot of good options of pizza, pasta & desserts. Though all the desserts weren’t available at that time which slightly disappointed me.
Vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options are available for wood fire pizza. Good options in spaghetti & fettuccine are there which is worthy to be tried. Their cocktail section is also good.

The pizza base was made in wood fire oven. It was thin & crispy. The pizza was good, but the base can be better.
Ambience is pretty cool. It’s located near to Calangute Beach. So must visit this place for their authentic Italian cuisine.

Really enjoyed my lunch at this outlet, though most of the things were not available, fillet Al Gorgonzola saved the day for us ! Loved the creme of gorgonzola cheese and the fillet was amazing, the spinach parmesan was surprisingly good ! And to beat the we ordered lemonella which was so damn refreshing! It made my day

Authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, amazing taste of flavours. The ambience has an old-school vibe. This is one of the best pizza places I've tried in quite some time.
Authentic Italian. The food was so upto the mark, the drinks were also nice. Ambience was okayish. Some live music would have added icing on the cake. Pizzas are the must try.
Amazing food, great service, and perfect atmosphere. You can actually see them prepare the pizza right in front of you in the dome oven.
I genuinely walked into this place without checking any reviews, to my surprise they had pretty good options and taste was great too.
Everything about this place is good, The only part that pinched me was that they took so long to serve

Me and my friend had Quatro Formaggi which is one of the best pizzas I had in India. I like the dough and the pizza sauce as well. It was just enough. I also liked the starter we had. I forgot the name. 😊
These guys do serve awesome authentic wood fired pizza till 2AM, and it has a really good ambience, too

After several change of plans and deliberations we reached Piccola Roma with very little expectations. The experience was delightful though.
Pizzas are fresh, made right in front of you and extremely flavourful. The steak and caprese were okay. But the staff hospitality is top notch. Quick service, honouring requests, and serving with courtesy. All in all a good dinner experience.
Don't miss the curry leave plant (quite a huge one) near their washroom.
