Quantity is a lott.. quality is above average..like any normal restaurant.. good place in savordem.. near main city road .. chicken crispy is good.. veg items are good too
After our tiring but exhilarating visit to the Salaulim dam.. we had no clue as to where we could grab a bite. The security guard at the gate was super helpful and suggested we visit Girish for lunch. Very very simple joint with the family room in the mezanine... We ordered the special thali... Which came with 4 huge rava friend prawns and vatis of fish curry, prawn curry, kismur, vegetable and a huge bowl of rice. Also ordered a portion of rava friend squid ... Comfort food all the way and my best meal in Goa so far.. beating all the swanky hyped tourist places. Damages .... 180 per thali and 245 approx for the squid... Do visit of you' re not a stickler for ambience and are content with good wholesome food...

My neighbourhood restaurant. I like food from Girish. Service is Good. Reasonable price. I like their Chicken Fried Rice with manchurian. Cool place to dine

From the moment I stepped into Girish restaurant and bar, I was immediately welcomed by the warmth of the ambiance and the friendly staff. The menu offered an exquisite variety of dishes, each sounding more tempting than the next. While I generally lean away from Chinese cuisine, I couldn't resist trying their Chicken Lollipop, which was perfectly spiced. However, what truly made my visit memorable was their Chicken Thali. I'd heard praises about it, and it did not disappoint! A delightful array of flavors and dishes, it gave me a wholesome taste of the local cuisine. Even if you're not a fan of Chinese, Girish restaurant has something delicious waiting for every palate."

Talking about the food, Girish Bar and Restaurant offers a extensive menu featuring a wide array of Chinese dishes and Mughlai Meals. We began our dinner with Chinese appetizers and later delved into their Mughlai offerings opting for Fish and Chicken Thali. The portion sizes were generous, and the pricing was reasonable.

This place is a family restaurant attached with bar. You have plenty of options in vegetarian, we tried starters Gobi,Panner it was perfectly made. Also food was also good and tasty.
